Paramore's Hayley Williams rocks a scarf with the band's name. We want it... NOW.
Our Christmas list is already overflowing with merch and other stuff we want from our favorite artists (OMG, that One Direction "Sleeve Blanket" is everything), and now Hayley Williams is here to remind us to add even more stuff -- like an ADORBZ Paramore scarf -- to our Endless List Of Holiday Needs. Also on our holiday wish list? THAT NEW PARAMORE ALBUM! Annnd, since we're putting it all out there, we'd also like Hayley to come by our house and personally serenade us with a live rendition of "The Only Exception" while we make cupcakes together. Make it happen, Santa.
Hayley shared the photo on Instagram where she's been showing off Paramore merchandise from the Fueled By Ramen online store, along with the caption, "You'll also find my new fav scarf on the FBR webstore!" Is it wrong that we're debating scrapping all our gift ideas and going with full-on Paramore goods instead? Our grandma would love this blanket so endlessly. Also, is it wrong to want to wrap this scarf up and send it over to Kanye West? He does LOVE keeping warm in the cruel winter.

Wiz Khalifa's forthcoming sophomore album, O.N.I.F.C., drops Tuesday, but you don't have to wait until then to hear "Rise Above," Wiz's collaboration with his pregnant, loving and soon-to-be-wife Amber Rose, Pharrell, and Tuki Carter. Also, Wiz and Amber collaborated! Just felt the need to shout that one extra time.

Produced by Pharrell, the old-school slow ride has Wiz's signature patina of chill mode as he rhymes about the pitfalls of success (too many cars?! JK) and urges his haters to step the eff back, right the eff now: "You woulda thought that from seeing me going hard/ That that would motivate these motherf****s to get on their job/ But instead they hating on what I've been doing." Treated.
We're not usually huge fans of couples collaborating musically (except of course for Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake's "What It's Like To Be Me" or ANYTHING with Beyoncé and Jay-Z), but we're making an exception here because we NEED Amber Rose to play the clean version for her baby right now, so it can get even radder by osmosis. Also, when Amber and Wiz's baby finally arrives, she can totally be all like: "Sweetie! Mommy and daddy did this record while you were still in my tummy! Aren't we the coolest parents ever??" To which the baby will mentally reply, "Yes! via an adorable coo. Fine, we know all this hypothesizing about Amber and Wiz's future child is getting weird. We'll cool it. Probably only until tomorrow, though.

Meet TwentyForSeven, your new guilty pleasure.
Meet TwentyForSeven. They're four cute bros from Michigan, and we're currently experiencing mild to moderate asphyxiation that may lead to an obsession blackout after playing their song "All I Ever Wanted" on repeat-peat-peat-peat for nearly a week. (Sorry. Selena ref. Not sorry!) Actually, we're pretty positive this jam's about to become the kind of Friday night getting-ready jam that'll make you smear your eyeliner because you'll be jumping around in front of the mirror as you apply! (Just put the pencil down until you're done jumping around like a hysterical maniac. Also, in my experience, these work best when your face is a mess.)

"All I Ever Wanted," one of the standout tracks on TwentyForSeven's Forget The World debut EP, is a sugary sweet, feel-good pop record that reminds us a little bit of Asher Monroe and Hot Chelle Rae mixed with a dash of One Direction. And we're not the only ones who seem to be having a total freak out over the boys, either. TwentyForSeven's already played with Gym Class Heroes and Sum 41, and did we mention they've got over 2.5 million views on YouTube? (Um, late pass.) Watch out for these guys, but in the meantime, lock your door and have your own private workout/dance party to "All I Ever Wanted." We're actually doing it right now and it's SO FUN. (Except EW, sweaty is gross!)

Karmin double-time the holiday cheer with their Coach cover of "Sleigh Ride."
Everyone knows that the holiday season is "the most wonderful time of the year." Paradoxically, it's also time of year when people are most likely to experience depression (SADZ)! That's probably why the holiday music canon runs from one extreme -- Mariah Carey's weepy "Miss You Most (At Christmas Time)" -- to the unknowable ecstasy of "All I Want for Christmas Is You." But today, let's focus on a gleeful addition to the happy-holiday music catalog: Karmin's cover of the classic Christmas carol "Sleigh Ride."

The Katy Perry-meets-Twista human jukebox duo released a sparkling new video for their version of the Christmas classic "Sleigh Ride" on Coach.com (with a style assist by Rachel Zoe. WE DIYYYYYEEEE.). The cover takes a pretty straight interpretation of the song, but Amy Heidemann injects her patented brand of hip-hop-jazz-hands exuberance into the mix, and -- in what'll likely please the legions of Nick Noonan fans out there -- it features a singing verse from both members of the band. Somehow Nick finds the time to sing when he's not dashing back and forth from the piano and the trombone. Giddyup let's go, Karminites! (Sorry, had to.)

There's probably not much that fazes Justin Bieber these days, but I'd imagine being surrounded by a bevvy of ARRESTINGLY STUNNING Victoria's Secret models singing your song probably gets ye ol' mercury rising a bit. If that's not an ego boost, we have no clue what is.
Along with Rihanna (who we're pretty sure was actually just one of the models??) Justin hit the stage at this year's Victoria's Secret fashion show, where he shamelessly checked out the Victoria's Secret models, who somehow, in between looking so hot we literally can't stand it and getting their makeup done, the Vickie's Angels found time to dance around like pixies while lip-syncing to Justin's Nicki Minaj-assisted, "Beauty And A Beat."

What's more, the whole video was shot "stolen footage"-style à la that one time a distressed Justin tweeted that his personal belongings had been stolen, and then we found out that was just a giant Punk-ing to publicize his "Beauty And A Beat" video. Either way, Justin looks perhaps a little too thrilled to be chilling with the likes of Miranda Kerr and Candice Swanepoel, but we also don't blame him. And how cute and suave is JB at the :12 second mark when he kissed the models hello?! We know was probably DY-ING inside, but he kept it so icy cool. Nicely, nicely done my friend.

Sia blows away her performance of "Diamonds"
By now, we're intimately acquainted with the song "Diamonds." We've definitely played Rihanna's original from her #1 album Unapologetic a zillion times, had the Kanye West remix repeatedly on repeat, and we even saw The Jonas Brothers toss their hat into the ring with their "Diamonds" cover. However, there's one more rendition that you simply MUST hear: Austrialian singer/songwriter Sia's version. After all, she did write the tune for Rihanna, so it's hardly a surprise that she was FLAWLESS in her performance of the track.

Appearing at the Norwegian-American Achievement Awards in New York with producer Stargate, Sia decided to show off some of the master beatmaker's work by singing "Diamonds," and she absolutely cleaned the floor with it. Sia sings it so organically it's like she gave birth to it, which she basically did. Which is almost surprising considering she had a busy year: besides writing for Rihanna's Unapologetic album, she also co-wrote and sang on both David Guetta's "Titanium" and Flo Rida's "Wild Ones," and co-wrote "Blank Page" for Christina Aguilera. We sincerely owe so much of our pop year to her. Sia, we see you, shining bright like... okay okay, you know where I'm going here..

Santa's been replaced by Jordan Knight in Old Navy's amazing new commercial.
Okay, Old Navy's ad team deserves a CLIO for their commitment to '90s pop culture nostalgia. First there was the "90210" commercial in which Kelly Taylor chooses JEANS. And who can forget the one with the Backstreet Boys tumbling out of an enormous boombox while peddling jeggings? (P.S. We bought a pair.) And now they're giving us a "Funky Funky Christmas" miracle: "Twas The Jordan Knight Before Christmas" commercial.
The commercial opens with crooner Johnny Mathis (Legend status -- Google it) telling what is quite frankly a much better version of "Twas The Night Before Christmas." He gets about one sentence into the tale before NKOTB's Jordan Knight bursts into the house looking young enough to be his own SON, rocking red (that suit may be a hat tip to Psy) and flanked by elves. Because Jordan K. feels so Christmasy!

As if life couldn't get better, Motownphilly's back again doing a little east coast swing as three wise BOYZ II MEN bum-rush this lucky family's house, wearing gold crowns and throwing pajamas at a confused child.The commercial then concludes with a sign-off from Jordan Knight. Oh JORDAN KNIGHT. It's so very clear that I'll Be Loving You Forever, especially if you continue to meet all of my unending '90s nostalgia needs the way you do.
And Old Navy? I need to check my brain for implants, because you're constantly reading my mind. I expect to ring out the new year with more commercials geared toward me, your target demographic? Visions of Amanda Woodward and dramatic redheads in sparkly frocks around "Melrose Place"'s famed pool are dancing in my head. We'll talk!

Rihanna and Chris Brown certainly appear to be close these days, no?
Sure, Rihanna and Chris Brown might say this EXTREMELY tight-knit photo of them is "Nobody's Business," but it kind of is, right, since Rihanna just instagrammed this photo of herself and Chris. Look, Rihanna's clearly embracing the whole "Live Your Life" thing just as much as she's embracing Chris Brown. But we will say this: Rihanna, bb girl, this isn't my first choice of boyfriends for you. And no, the fact that you guys have totally sick matching Rolexes doesn't change my mind. (Side note, we'd much prefer to see you with Drake, but that's a discussion for another time.)
Interestingly enough, as part of a cover story interview in the December/January issue of XXL magazine, Chris Brown totally denied he was back with Rihanna (oops) and admitted that he's basically still figuring out the whole love game: "One thing people often want me to talk about is my public love life. when it comes to my love life, the perception seems as though I am a player. But that's not true ... Love is something I am still learning. It's just an obstacle that I haven't yet mastered. I think that's my biggest hurdle in life." Hm. I agree! I'll withhold additional judgement and instead say that at least Rihanna's derrière looks stunning, right? #SilverLining.

We knew Abigail Breslin could bust a pageant-wowing dance move, but turns out she can rock a mic, too. The intriguing actress (who was totally cute in her "Little Miss Sunshine" kiddie days but is now a stunning 16-year-old, as you can clearly see) does duet duties on Stargroves' "Within Me a Lunatic Sings," an ambitious indie track from the rising New York band. Breslin actually sings on a handful of songs with the group, joining on "Westfjords" and other tracks from the group's upcoming debut album. "Within Me a Lunatic Sings" plays like a Pinterest board of '00s indie rock greatest hits: Stars, Sigur Ros, and Freelance Whales are shot through the group's sound, revealing themselves as the track transitions from jittery boy-girl keyboard pop into a dramatic piano and string section.

The new band's the project of 21-year-old Teddy Watson, who spent a few months in Sigur Ros' native Iceland earlier this year for inspiration before bringing the band together. He didn't stop there, tapping Freelance Whales producer Jeremy Sklarsky to work on Stargroves' debut album. Nothing crazy about doing your homework -- though giving away a track like "Within Me a Lunatic Sings" for free might be a l'il nuts, but we'll take it considering 'tis the season. Grab it before the band blows up and starts charging Taylor Swift iTunes money.
