  • Star Spotting: Azealia Banks' Sweet GQ Photo Has Everyone Fooled

Azealia Banks looks supercute in her GQ 'Style Bible' photo.

If we had to imagine the girl who raps the über-filthy "212," we'd picture a very scary lady ready to pop you in your face if you sassed her the wrong way. But Azealia Banks, despite her penchant for four-letter words, is actually like, SO adorable. Irony: Life is full of it.

Azealia may have been working an innocent look during a recent GQ photo shoot, but don't be fooled, y'all -- girl keeps it real during her interview in the magazine's "Style Bible" issue. The rapper proudly admits she's not impressed by meeting celebs: "It's cool, but they're just people. The skies don't part and glow orange." She also couldn't care less about her newfound fame: "I definitely have more money and s***, but that's all virtual stuff. I've been making music for a while. And I could read about myself on the Internet for a while."

But our favorite? Her answer to the question of who she looks to for inspiration: "Everyone... Azealia Banks." (Clearly, confidence is not an issue.) After this interview, we have a question for Azealia: Will you be our friend?

  • Madonna, Kerli, Garbage + More: 5 Must-Hear Pop Songs Of The Week

It's Tuesday! Time for another round of "5 Must-Hear Pop Songs of the Week"! This week's wrap-up includes offerings from an Estonian goth-pop princess, a Danity Kane solo star and the one and only: Madonna. If I had my way, every song on this Top 5 would be from her new album, MDNA (which came out yesterday -- check out our track-by-track review), but I'm retraining myself. After all, there's still plenty of solid tunes from amazing artists NOT named Madonna out this week, too!

    1.) Madonna, "Love Spent (Acoustic)"

One of MDNA's major highlights, "Love Spent," sees the prolific superstar bemoaning a relationship strained by finances. "If we opened up a joint account, would it put an end to all your doubt?" she woefully ponders. (Mo' money, mo' problems indeed.)

In this gorgeous acoustic makeover, available as a bonus iTunes track for those who preordered the album, Madonna's crisp vocals are stretched across several slow-strumming guitars, dramatic strings... and more banjo! The mix also includes a new spine-tingling New Age chant by songwriter Priscilla Renea, who collaborated with producer William Orbit during the creation of MDNA. The result is a much sadder, more introspective take on the electronica-encrusted original that underscores how incredible the song actually is.

+ LISTEN TO MADONNA, "LOVE SPENT (ACOUSTIC VERSION)"

Listen to more Must-Hear Pop Songs Of The Week after the jump!

    2.) Kerli, "Zero Gravity"

It is a well-known fact that Estonia's greatest exports are machinery, textiles and bubbly Goth-pop chanteuses named Kerli. The blonde Björk-gone-supa kawaii, responsible for penning Demi Lovato's devastating "Skyscraper," returns to the spotlight in 2012 with her brand-new single "Zero Gravity," the lead of her follow-up to 2008's Love Is Dead.

"Feels like coming home after traveling a million miles," Kerli croons across her new single's thundering electronic beat, vaguely recalling Alexandra Burke's equally mile-a-minute club-pop track, "Elephant." Suddenly the beat drops completely: "Oh, I'm in zero gravity!" she cries, as a storming beat suddenly comes blaring into the speakers. If you think the song's a trip, you should check the spacey-geisha-'90s club kid-butterfly inspired video. (Nope, I have no idea what just happened either.)

+ LISTEN TO KERLI, "ZERO GRAVITY"

    3.) Garbage, "Battle In Me"

Get ready for war: After unleashing their U.S. single "Blood for Poppies" weeks ago, alt-rock outfit Garbage have just premiered their brand-new single due for release in the U.K.: "Battle In Me."

"What a joke/ Do you hear me laughing?/ Get out my face before I lose my patience," rock goddess Shirley Manson declares on her band's ferocious new track. Complemented by searing guitars and delicious flairs of electronica, the group's latest from their first studio album in seven years sounds just as vicious and wicked as anything off of Version 2.0 and beyond. Hell hath no fury like a Shirley scorned.

+ LISTEN TO GARBAGE, "BATTLE IN ME"

    4.) Dawn Richard, "Bombs"

Danity Kane was one of the last truly amazing girl groups to grace the pop landscape in the past 10 years. Each night to this very day, I light a candle, press play on my copy of Welcome To The Dollhouse and twerk my hips around my room in honor of the legacy of Aubrey, Aundrea, Dawn, D. Woods and Shannon.

But even if DK is no more, the girls have gone on to several exciting solo endeavors, including Dawn Richard, who just released her debut EP, Armor On, on iTunes today. Richard, who briefly transitioned into Diddy Dirty Money following the demise of Danity Kane, is now in a far more experimental state of mind, working with R&B producer Druski on nine of the 10 tracks off of her latest effort.

One of the best tracks of the collection, "Bombs" finds Dawn throwing on her armor and heading into battle: "I'm going mutant on these ninjas, cowabunga!" Richard calls out on the slick, tripping R&B beat -- her first breath of fresh (solo) air in about six years. Bombs away!

+ LISTEN TO DAWN RICHARD, "BOMBS"

5.) Patricia Kazaki and M. Pokora, "Wanna Feel You Now"

Patricia Kazadi is a Polish singer-songwriter/ TV personality. Matt (M.) Pokora is like the sexy French equivalent of Justin Timberlake. (You know, if JT would stop being stubborn with the whole acting thing and just get back into the studio already.) Somehow, the two have just joined forces for "Wanna Feel You Now," the bouncy new club-pop single from Kazadi's upcoming studio album, Globetrotter. "The way that we get down, I wanna feel you now," the two croon in unison during the hook-heavy chorus, sort of like Taio Cruz's "Higher." (Just try getting that "oo-whoa, oo-whoa" out of your head for the next hour.)

These two should really keep feeling on each other -- the result is pure fire.

+ LISTEN TO PATRICIA KAZADI AND M. POKORA, "WANNA FEEL YOU NOW"

Bradley Stern is a writer from Connecticut. In his spare time, he enjoys organizing his Britney Spears CD collection in reverse chronological order and plotting the various ways in which he will bring down Katy Perry to become Rihanna's best friend. But most of all, he spends his time tweeting musing daily about pop music on his blog, MuuMuse.

  • New Video: Far East Movement, 'Live My Life (Party Rock Remix)'

Watch Far East Movement's party-heavy "Live My Life (Party Rock Remix)" video.

You and I both know that any video boasting tunes by Far East Movement and a cameo by professional partier Redfoo (half of LMFAO) is going to be a complete and utter masterpiece. And surprise, surprise -- it is! Directed by Mickey Finnegan, the video for Far East Movement's Justin Bieber-assisted jam "Live My Life" was shot in Amsterdam (not even kidding). But since The Biebs couldn't make it to the video shoot, FEM's close pal and tourmate Redfoo stepped up to the plate and contributed a dope verse, the result of which FEM is now calling "Live My Life (Party Rock Remix)." One can never have too many Party Rocks.

Watch Far East Movement's "Live My Life" video after the jump.

In the clip, FEM and Redfoo do what they do best: wear bright clothing while partying extremely hard/making us feel really lame. This time, the boys take over a double-decker party bus and invite the folks of Amsterdam to join them. The bus is stocked with party favors, but no gathering is complete without Redfoo who, in addition to coordinating a giant flash mob style dance breakdown, finds the time to rap about a hot chick's behind: "Yo, I never met a girl with a big booty that I didn't like, yo, that I didn't like, hey!/ I wanna get you alone, because the feeling's right/ Tonight's the night!/ This is how we do it." The bus carries the boys from day to night, but as the fête rages on, nobody looks hungover, tired, sweaty or hungry. Y'all chugging energy drinks while nobody is looking or what? The stamina!

  • PHOTOS: The Best Of Katy Perry Part II

If we can please rip you away from your repeat listening of Katy Perry's Teenage Dream: The Complete Confection (which dropped today), we'd like to present you with something else you might enjoy: Katy Perry photos! We didn't feel like our first Best of Katy Perry photo gallery was enough, so we went ahead and made you guys another one. Checks and cotton candy will be accepted as thank-yous.

Is it just us or has Katy Perry been absolutely killing it lately? It's no surprise that 2011 was basically her best year ever -- the girl won about a bajillion awards and was named MTV's Artist Of The Year, she voiced the role of Smurfette in "The Smurfs" movie and she held it down on her worldwide "California Dreams" tour. But she also sadly endured the breakup of her marriage to Russell Brand. But Katy isn't taking it lying down. Since 2012 has started, dare we say that girl's been fiercer than ever? The blue hair is killing it, and "Part Of Me" is obviously our new favorite video.

We kind of feel like every day should be full of Katy Perry in some way -- check out 23 reasons why we think so in our BEST OF KATY PERRY PART II PHOTO GALLERY.

See more of our favorite recent Katy moments after the jump, and check out our BEST OF KATY PERRY PART II PHOTO GALLERY.

Katy got wild at the 2012 Super Bowl/Madonna show, and we can't say we blame her. Newly single, young and super pretty? Duhhhh. We're pretty sure a party full of hot athletes is the best place to start going out again.

Love it or hate it, Katy Perry treated us all with what Mariah Carey would call "a blonde moment" during the blue carpet premiere of "The Smurfs" movie. Hey, no one can say the girl doesn't take risks.

  • 5 Things We Know About Demi Lovato's 'Give Your Heart A Break' Video

Demi Lovato's new video teaser for 'Give Your Heart A Break' is super mysterious.

Demi Lovato may have spilled the beans on what "Give Your Heart A Break" (aka the world's most perfect pop song) is about in a recent thank-you video to her fans, but she's not as revealing about the official music video for the single just yet. A 15-second preview of the forthcoming video offers us only a few tiny hints of what to expect. And the suspense is KILLING US!

Check out five things we know about Demi Lovato's "Give Your Heart A Break" video and watch a preview after the jump.

Until the full version of "Give Your Heart A Break" premieres April 2 on E!, here are a few things we know we can count on in the upcoming video:

1.) There's a shirtless dude (with nice eyebrows)!

2.) There are lots of breezy curtains. Maybe Ikea's a sponsor?

3.) The "Give Your Heart A Break" premiere date is April 2, which is now highlighted in neon yellow on all seven of our e-calendars.

4.) We already knew this, but we're adding it for quantity's sake -- Demi is SUPER pretty without any makeup on.

5.) The video's directed by Justin Francis. (See also: Alicia Keys, "No One"; Eminem, "Toy Soldiers"; Trey Songz, "Love Faces.")

Demi also shared with MTV News, "I'm basically trying to convince a guy that I didn't break his heart, and we get into a fight and I try to win him over again. So I do something special for him at the end of the song." Um, can't wait!

  • Chris Rene Talks Tattoos, Dream Collabos And Staying Positive (VIDEO)

Chris Rene gets mad deep with us in our exclusive video interview.

Remember that one Christmas when you were 8 and Santa brought you that totally radical paint-splattered Huffy bike you wanted? And you were all, "WHOOAAAAAA, is this really happening?" That's basically been Chris Rene's whole life since he took third place on the first season of "The X Factor U.S.A." in 2011. The "Young Homie" singer scored a record contract with Epic after his second runner-up finish, and he's been enjoying the crazy ride ever since.

Watch Chris Rene discuss his upcoming album, staying positive and more in our video interview after the jump.

We sat down with the Santa Cruz singer-songwriter when he stopped by MTV recently, and he opened up about what fans can expect on his upcoming debut album, which artist he'd love to collaborate with most (complete with sound effects!), and staying positive when things get tough. Chris knows a thing or two about hardships -- he's been honest about his struggles with drug and alcohol addiction and has been in and out of rehab from a young age. But now that he's close to celebrating a full year sober, Chris is trying to help others realize their full potential: "What I would say to anyone who's having a hard time or struggling is to have faith, and to believe you can achieve something better." Then he spits a Bob Marley song for a second, and that's when we asked to be his girlfriend. JK about that last part. Maybe.

  • New Song: Iggy Azalea Featuring T.I., 'Murda Bizness'

T.I. definitely scored a big win by signing Iggy Azalea to his Hustle Gang.

So it was only a couple weeks ago that T.I. introduced his Hustle Gang (click clack, bang bang) on the DJ Drama show, comprising Australian female rapper Iggy Azalea, the group of ATL youngn's known as D.O.P.E, and U.K. chart topper Chip (formerly Chipmunk if you're trying to YouTube some songs like I just did). And just like that, the Grand Hustle head honcho wastes no time releasing a Bei Major-produced lean-wit-it, rock-wit-it, snap rap throwback from the Down Under fire-spitter.

Iggy gets busy all over "Murda Bizness." She's killing pride, hurting feelings and letting us know that murder is most definitely her business (and cousin, business is ah-boomin'). Iggy might not be the most technical or original rapper to come up recently, but she can actually rap and got signed (partly) because of it and not just for, um, other reasons. Oh yeah, T.I. also throws down a hot 16 on here and... yes! He's been killing guest verses this past year with little-to-no attention for it. Let's change that, internet.

Listen to Iggy Azalea's "Murda Bizness," featuring T.I., after the jump.

Now that T.I. seems to have his professional and personal life (mostly) in order, he's working hard on building his Grand Hustle empire by following the Rick Ross model of signing strong talent with a couple of hit records already under their belts. To be fair, this may really be the T.I. model as B.o.B. is a certified gold artist on Grand Hustle and Ross' MMG rookie of the year, Meek Mill, was previously signed to the label but left after lingering on the sidelines during most of Tip's legal troubles. I'm excited to see what T.I.'s able to do with this new stable of talent with the right support behind them -- not to mention the other Grand Hustle signees and affiliates like Killer Mike, Houston's Trae tha Truth, and, uh, Taylor Swift, I guess.

  • New Video: Kat Graham, 'Put Your Graffiti On Me'

Watch 'Vampire Diaries' star Kat Graham's video, 'Put Your Graffiti On Me.'

Kat Graham is what we like to call "a quadruple threat." As she proves in her new "Put Your Graffiti On Me" video, girlfriend can dance, sing and act. And she's fierce. Yes, "fierce" is absolutely a quality you can include when counting said number of "threats." Thought you knew.

When she hasn't been slaying the game (literally) on the CW drama "Vampire Diaries," the 22-year-old has been prepping her forthcoming debut album, slated to hit stores later this year. Kat's latest, "Put Your Graffiti On Me," is a loud and raucous dance/pop-tinged club record that kinda sounds like a mix between Nicola Roberts' "Beat Of My Drum" and Rihanna's "Birthday Cake (Remix)." In short, total banger.

Watch Kat Graham's "Put Your Graffiti On Me" video after the jump.

In the Benny Boom-directed clip, Kat pals around with a troupe of hot, spray painting mavens who roam the land marking their territory on whatever they see fit. The posse pauses for some occasional/amazing dance breaks, but mainly it's a plethora of hot chicks in bra tops dancing and spray painting everything they see. Oh, and there's also a scene where Kat bangs on a cowbell, which is much more exciting than it sounds. We kind of think every video from here on out should just superimpose Kat Graham hitting a cowbell onto their storyboards. We're totally OK with that if you guys are.

  • Listen To A Preview Of Jennifer Lopez's 'Dance Again'

Dance floors and workout playlists, rejoice! Jennifer Lopez takes us back to her club roots on her latest track, and it's making us sweat like crazy. While the recently released 19-second snippet of her new tune "Dance Again" offers just a hint of the hit, J. Lo sticks to the perfect recipe of what always works: Pair up two of the hottest names in music (Pitbull and RedOne -- two dudes who also happened to bring her just a little success in "On The Floor"), then serve up one spicy smash.

Listen to a preview of Jennifer Lopez's "Dance Again" after the jump.

"Dance Again" pays homage to Jenny From The Block's 1999 party anthem "Waiting For Tonight" in the sexy, energetic beat. While the hearty synths and booming bass promise hands in the air, the chorus demands celebrating the simple pleasures of life (and also happens to be our personal mantra): "I wanna dance/ And love/ And dance again." Basically, J. Lo has set our Saturday night "to-do" list to music, and we have no problem trying to get it accomplished.

The full version of "Dance Again" is set to drop March 30 and is rumored to be on Jennifer Lopez's forthcoming Greatest Hits album.

  • ZOMG: Selena Gomez And Ashley Benson Hang Out With Ellie Goulding And Skrillex? (PHOTO)

Selena Gomez, Ellie Goulding, Skrillex and Ashley Benson chill at Miami's Ultra Music Festival.

Not that she really needed to or anything, but Selena Gomez just upped her street cred in a big way. Not only is she rocking a fierce red wig with a black mask (impromptu masquerade ball?) but along with her BFF and "Spring Breakers" costar Ashley Benson, she's chilling with Skrillex and his adorable girlfriend Ellie Goulding. The unlikely foursome was snapped after Skrillex finished his DJ set at the Ultra Music Festival in Miami -- an odd pairing, yet kind of perfect.

And look -- this isn't at all to say that Selena doesn't roll mad deep with a giant bunch of celebs (Justin Bieber is her boyfriend, Demi Lovato is her best friend, etc.). But we just never would have predicted that Skrillex, the badass Grammy Award-winning king of dubstep, would be caught dead hanging in public with the princess of pop music and her bubbly BFF. But props to Skrillex for not judging a gal by her pop star status.

In the wake of this incredible photo, we're left to wonder: What kind of a collaboration could this team come up with? We're thinking Skrillex drops a hot beat while Ellie Goulding lends her wispy indie vocals to the verse before Selena comes in and slays the chorus with her pop prowess. No. 1 single right there! And I'll only request like, 15 percent of the royalties. That's pretty fair, guys.
