  • Gregg Sulkin Plots His 'Pretty Little Liars' Future As Hump Day Hottie

Gregg Sulkin is pretty much the definition of dreamy. And now that he's hanging around Rosewood on "Pretty Little Liars," it's easy to see that hot is a genetic trait in the Fitz family. We hope that two episodes he's starred in so far are only the beginning of Gregg's run on "PLL." And if this helps persuade the show's producers, by the way, he's also this week's Hump Day Hottie.

Check out this dreamy photo of Gregg and keep reading for more details about him!

    Gregg Sulkin

Vital stats: The 20-year-old is from London where he also attended school but even as a kid, he managed to make time for acting. He made his debut starring in the "Doctor Zhivago" miniseries back in 2002 at the tender age of 10. And, for those wondering, his favorite football team is the Arsenal Football Club.

Where you might have already seen him: Since his debut, he has racked up recurring roles on shows and movies like Disney's "As the Bell Rings," "The Wizards of Waverly Place" and "Avalon High."

Why you should take notice of him now: On the ABC Family favorite, "PLL," he plays Wesley Fiztgerald, the baby brother to Aria's one true love, Ezra. And while Fitzy has remained a mystery for much of the show's run, Wesley helps to offer up some juicy insights into his past. Like so juicy. We wonder what other secrets about his big brother he'll share with Aria.

In addition to steaming up "PLL," he's also working on the film, "Affluenza."

Until next week, when we choose another Hump Day Hottie, you can salute Gregg by staring at the photo above!

  • Ari Graynor Confirms Our Suspicions: Channing Tatum Was Shirtless On '10 Years' Set!

For anyone wondering if Channing Tatum only walks around sans shirt on every one of his movie sets, we here at Hollywood Crush decided to do some investigating. So, when his "10 Years" co-star Ari Graynor stopped by, we knew that she just might have the answer.

"Yeah I never saw him wear a shirt," she joked. "What's weird is I never saw him wear a shirt and I also never saw his face because his ass was always in my face, in my face or like on my body while he was dancing for me."

"I don't know, I saw the trailer for '10 Years' and his face was there, so I guess he put his shirt on and faced the camera like once or twice," she added. "But I didn't see it while we were shooting."

All joking aside, 2012 really seems to be a great year for Graynor, who has been in some of the buzziest flicks of the year: "Celeste and Jesse Forever," "For A Good Time, Call..." and "10 Years."

"What's interesting is they were all independent films and they were all made in different ways, but also all similarly with so much heart," she said. "'10 Years' was like going to movie camp. We lived in the same hotel that we shot at and I think there was like 18 of us like this incredible, like the most amazing group of actors ever," she recalled. "It was all improvised. It feels like our diary. The fact that that's coming out is crazy cause I think none of us realized it was going to be like a real movie."

"But it's exciting cause I feel like I got to play three very different characters in all three [of these movies] and then '10 Years' I like really have my stuff together," she continued. "Chris Pratt and I play a couple and he's like the crazy alcoholic and I'm like a mother of two and my life is maybe turning out not how I expected it to be. So it's a gift as an actor when you get to play around and he's so genius in this movie. He's massively funny, but he also completely breaks your heart. He's so good. Everyone's really good in this movie."

The film opens September 14. But before "10 Years" hits theaters, fans can watch Ari get in touch with her naughty side in "For A Good time, Call…" opening next week.

  • Sam Claflin To Play 'Catching Fire' Dreamboat Finnick Odair

    World, meet your Finnick Odair.

It shouldn't come as much of a surprise to find out who finally landed the coveted "Hunger Games" role. Sam Claflin has long seemed to be Lionsgate's top choice for the part, and today the studio finally confirmed that the "Snow White and the Huntsman" hottie will be playing District 4's golden boy.

This is pretty great news for Sam, and bad news for every other twentysomething actor in Hollywood. Finnick Odair is the biggest new role to be introduced in "Catching Fire," and also guarantees a role in the next two "Hunger Games" films. Sam should consider this casting news a major compliment, as Finnick is largely considered to be the hottest dude in the Hunger Games. Bring on the tribute parade and that infamous golden fish net!

Now that Finnick is cast, we're really interested to see who Lionsgate casts to play the love of his life, Annie Cresta. There's a chance Annie won't be introduced in "Catching Fire," but we doubt it. Even if we only see a flash of her, the film needs to set up the fact that Mags (Lynn Cohen) volunteers for her and that she lost her mind while competing in her own Hunger Games. Hopefully the actress who will be chosen to play her will be as big a star as Sam is.

We're intrigued to see how this casting news affects the upcoming sequel to "Snow White and the Huntsman." Universal Pictures still hasn't decided what that movie will be about or if it even will involve the titular Snow White, so it will be interesting to see if Sam's Prince Charming even has a role in it. We'd definitely rather see him as Finnick than as William, but we hope everything works itself out in the end. Goodness knows that two franchises are better than one in today's Hollywood.

"Catching Fire" is due in theaters on November 22, 2013, but we're guessing you probably knew that (and have a countdown to that date) already. And if that's too long to wait, don't worry — we've got an early look at Sam as Finnick* for you to soak up!

(* = Not a real early look at Sam as Finnick, but we can dream!)

  • Ashley Greene Breaks Down Her 'Apparition' Scream

For an actress who's played a vampire on the big screen for the last few years, it might be hard to believe that the things that go bump in the night can scare Ashley Greene. But the "Twilight" star admits that in her new horror flick "The Apparition," out Friday (August 24), the bad guy is truly bad enough to give her the creeps.

"Basically, it's a young couple who is haunted by this supernatural presence from this experiment that has gone wrong years before," Greene told MTV News during our exclusive visit to the "Apparition" set. "I don't even know if you could call it a ghost. Basically, it's just this really evil, dark thing that kind of capitalizes on your worst nightmare, your worst fears."

When asked about her screaming philosophy, Greene explained that for her it's more guttural and less pretty. "I'm not the typical scream queen, horror movie-type girl," she said. "I think it has to have something behind it, and you're not just screaming to scream. Mine is kind of from the gut. It's a little different than the typical, 'Oooooh no!'"

"The Apparition" not only stars Greene, but also "Captain America" actor Sebastian Stan (who plays Greene's beau in the film) and "Harry Potter" star Tom Felton.

Are you looking forward to seeing Greene scream this weekend? Tell us in the comments!

  • 'Pretty Little Liars' To Get Web Series Spin-Off

Pretty Little LiarsThe "Pretty Little Liars" summer finale is quickly approaching. Mark your calendars, it's on August 28. And just as one chapter ends, it seems that another begins. Kicking off the same night this half of the season ends, a new web series is set to begin on the ABC Family site.

The online spin-off dubbed "Pretty Dirty Secrets" will begin the night of the finale and continue right through to the show's always anticipated Halloween episode in October. The eight episode series will include appearances from Rosewood favorites like Noel (Brant Daugherty), Garrett (Yani Gellman), CeCe (Vanessa Ray), Lucas (Brendan Robinson) and Jason (Drew Van Acker), TVGuide.com reports.

It's set to take place inside the town's Halloween store where fans will get the chance to meet a brand-new Rosewood resident, Aerial Miranda. Hey, that name starts with an A. That's very suspicious.

Until "PLL" fans get the chance to uncover more secrets on the web series, the show's sexiest teacher, Ian Harding, dished to MTV News about what fans should expect as the show wraps up for the summer. Like, will A finally be revealed or will another curve ball be thrown the audience's way?

"There's going to be some nutty secrets on the show," Ian said. "At first I found out that something happened and I thought, 'Oh, that's cool.' But then something immediately happens after and you go, 'Ohhh, wow. That's something real.' Things just got real, the ante has been upped."

Do you think we'll find out who A is by summer's end? Tell us in the comments!

  • 5 Things Learned About Logan Lerman Via His Tweets

    Logan LermanBy Tiffany Taylor

Typically Twitter-shy Logan Lerman (he's only tweeted 123 times in over a year) seems to have caught the Twitter bug just in time for the release of his new movie "The Perks of Being a Wallflower," which hits theaters September 21.

Now we're not psychics, but we are pretty Twitter savvy and have been pleasantly surprised by Logan's recent Twitter activity. Here are five things we've learned about Logan from his tweets.

    1) He loves music. Logan is always tweeting about going to shows or concerts and the latest music that he is listening to. According to some recent commentary, he saw The Black Keys live this summer and also supported some local Los Angeles musicians.

    2) He plays guitar. Considering Logan's love of music, we're not too surprised that he also plays it, in addition to listening to it. Case in point this little gem of an Instagram photo that features Logan and a friend jamming.

    3) He's a good brother. Logan recently sent out a message of support for his sister's jewelry line, Stella and Bow and asked friends and fans to check out her artistry. How sweet!

    4) He's adventurous and likes to travel! Logan spent time this summer filming "Noah" in Iceland, which also stars his fellow "Perks" castmate Emma Watson. Luckily, he had some free time to take a break from shooting the movie and explore the country with his cast mates!

    5) He has a sense of humor. While Logan often takes on serious roles, he still has a comedic side! Case in point, this photo of his "biggest fan."

What can you learn about Logan Lerman from his tweets? Is there anything we missed? Tell us in the comments!

  • Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift Stump For Fashion's Night Out

Taylor SwiftIt seems like our calendars are filling up quickly and September 6 is shaping up to be one big evening for pop culture lovers everywhere. In addition to it being the night of the 2012 Video Music Awards, it also happens to be one of the biggest nights in fashion, courtesy of Fashion's Night Out.

With stores all around the globe staying open late to allow shoppers to party alongside A-listers, and well, shop way past their closing times, the campaign enlisted the help of Taylor Swift and Justin Bieber to help spread the word in a black-and-white commercial.

In it the two fashion-forward music pop stars let everyone know that they can participate for a good cause by buying this year's specially-designed FNO t-shirt, with sales benefiting the New York City AIDS fund. Additionally, as Bieber shares, you can also "Meet designers and models… who doesn't want to meet models, right?" at the events held at major stores (and online for those who can't make it in person).

Fashion's Night Out also happens to fall on the official kick off night of the bi-annual New York Fashion Week. Celebrities, fashionistas, designers, models and the spring collections will flood the Big Apple starting on the 6th and running right through September 13.

  • Gary Ross Will Direct 'Peter And The Starcatchers' Next

Gary RossGary Ross has finally decided on his follow-up project to "The Hunger Games."

As had been previously speculated, Gary has chosen to adapt the Dave Barry and Ridley Pearson novel "Peter and the Starcatchers" next. Deadline has confirmed that Gary got the job, which means that he will be jumping back into the young adult genre again.

"Peter and the Starcatchers" serves as a prequel to "Peter Pan" and follows a young orphan named Peter as he befriends a girl named Molly who he meets on a ship called Never Land. The two of them set off on an adventure to find a trunk filled with mysterious magic "starstuff" that they need to discover before it falls into the hands of Black Stache, the pirate who later becomes Captain Hook.

"The Hunger Games" might have been the first young adult-focused movie that Gary has directed, but he has shown plenty of interest in making films for a younger audience in the past. He wrote the scripts for 1994's "Lassie" and 2008's "The Tale of the Despereaux," so "Peter and the Starcatchers" should be right up his alley. It's unclear if this movie will be as gritty as "The Hunger Games" was, but we hope that Ross brings over some of that realism when adapting this variation on the classic children's story.

Disney is currently waiting on a new draft of the "Peter and the Starcatchers" script that Jesse Wigutow wrote. The plan is to have the updated screenplay submitted by October, and Deadline reports that Gary hopes to have filming underway as early as 2013. Hopefully this is a project that is as close to his heart as "The Hunger Games" was, and he adapts it with as much love and care as he did that film.

Are you excited that Gary Ross is going to be directing this adaptation of "Peter and the Starcatchers"? Tell us in the comments section below or on Twitter!

  • Robert Pattinson: 'Graceful Under Fire' During Press Tour, Fans Say

The Hollywood press cycle can be cruel. Just as Kristen Stewart's relationship indiscretions with her "Snow White and the Huntsman" director were coming to light, Robert Pattinson was gearing up for a press tour to promote "Cosmopolis." How would he handle the attention, the interviews, the pressure -- everyone wanting to know how he was holding up?

Turns out, RPattz is holding up just fine -- and handled himself quite well during the tour. So this week's "Twilight" Tuesday is dedicated to the vampire heartthrob, some fan analysis of his public appearances, a few new tidbits about the end of the 'Twilight' era.

'We love the way he continues to strive to be himself with poise and professionalism and isn't afraid to let the world know that he is out there to be an actor,' said Erin Gross, co-owner/editor of FanGirlIsh.com. 'The actor is proud of his projects, and we are proud of him.'

'I'd say that Robert Pattinson conducted himself with a lot of grace under fire with witty comments about breakfast cereal or changed the subject when things were too personal,' added Laura Byrne Cristiano, owner of TwilightLexicon.com. 'He's still happy to talk about his films, and that's what we really want long-term.'

And although Pattinson didn't reveal anything too juicy about 'Breaking Dawn - Part 2,' he did a good job of showing genuine appreciation for the franchise and his very dedicated fans. 'I find it amazing, the intensity of people liking it. It's crazy,' he said of the continued 'Twilight' fan fervor. 'It's an elemental thing that it connected to, which I still don't understand. I hope people like [the final film].'

'He seems genuinely humbled to be a part of the franchise. He knows that the fans are important and thrive off any information that they can get about 'Twilight,' ' Gross said. 'It's great that he puts the fans first and makes sure that they know how much that cast appreciates them.'

'I really think fans of 'The Twilight Saga' love the moments [when] Rob talks about the final film being released this November, [and] he has done a respectable job wading through pop-culture-personal questions to get to questions about 'Cosmopolis,' ' said Kallie R. Mathews, owner/administrator of TwilightSeriesTheories.com. 'Rob's smile and awkward likability don't hinder his efforts. While many of Rob's fans may be curious about the recent drama in his personal life, I believe 'Twilight' fans in general are more interested in hearing him talk about 'Breaking Dawn - Part 2' and other projects he's passionate about.'

Looking toward Pattinson's future and the upcoming promotional blitz surrounding the release of 'Breaking Dawn - Part 2,' Byrne Cristiano said she hopes Pattinson reveals a few details about the book-to-screen adaptation and what he might have added to the story or role himself.

'I really want him to talk about the changes from novel to screenplay and how big of an adjustment it might have been [and] did he have any input,' she said. 'Also looking back on the four-year roller-coaster ride, what did he enjoy the most overall and why.'

  • Taylor Swift Headed To The VMAs...With A New Tune!

"It was a crazy night in general for a lot of reasons," Taylor Swift tells MTV of her first performance at the Video Music Awards in 2009. Three years later, the pop star is headed back into the celeb-filled madness and will take the stage at the VMAs on Thursday, September 6 to bust out the first-ever live performance of a new tune from her upcoming album, Red.

Swift joins previously announced performers Green Day, Pink, Alicia Keys and One Direction for the Kevin Hart-hosted show.

In addition to Swift's surefire crowd-pleaser, we can also reveal the first batch of can't-miss presenters: Best Pop Video nominee Wiz Khalifa, singing/acting megastar Miley Cyrus, Pittsburgh rapper Mac Miller and Olympic gold-medal-winning gymnasts Gabby Douglas, Jordyn Wieber, Aly Raisman, McKayla Maroney and Kyla Ross, a.k.a. the Fierce Five. Be on the lookout for more presenters to be announced in the coming weeks!

Swift's Red album drops October 22. The first single, "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together," is already climbing the Billboard Hot 100 and is on track to break sales and download records.

"When I was coming up with the name for this album, it seemed crazy because it was really simple," Swift said. "I wrote a song called 'Red,' and thinking about what that song means to me and all the different emotions on this album they're all pretty much about the tumultuous, crazy, insane, intense, semi-toxic relationships I've experienced in the last two years and all those emotions fanning from intense love, intense frustration, intense jealousy, confusion, all of that in my mind, all those emotions are red. There's nothing in between, there's nothing beige about those feelings and so I called my record that."

The 2012 MTV Video Music Awards will air live from Staples Center in Los Angeles on Thursday, September 6, at 8 p.m. ET/PT. Head to VMA.MTV.com now through August 24 to vote for your favorites, or text BNA to 22444 to vote for Best New Artist all the way through the show!
