  • Lucy Hale 'Punk'd' Josh Hutcherson: Behind-The-Scenes Photos!

"WHAT IS THIS?" That's what we exclaimed when we saw these behind-the-scenes photos Lucy Hale tweeted of her and Josh Hutcherson. Lucy is hosting tomorrow night's episode of "Punk'd," and even though we should know better (hello, the show is on MTV), we had a glimmer of hope Josh would be swinging through Rosewood.

Hey, we can dream! For now we're just happy to see what kind of antics Lucy will pull on Josh. From the trailer we learn the prank involves a car chase, but the "Hunger Games" hunk doesn't seem to be phased as he focuses on his cell phone. Though he does use some colorful language when stating the stalker is scary. Take a look after the jump to see our favorite behind-the-scenes picture of Lucy and Josh!

Awesome, right? It looks like it was Lucy who got "Punk'd." The littlest pretty liar will also prank her "PLL" co-star Ian Harding and "Spring Breakers'" Vanessa Hudgens. Ian is at a loss for words when he falls prey to an arrest, while Vanessa witnesses an insane car accident. See how it all plays out Thursday night at 10/9 C on MTV!

    Until next time, Tweet Dreams!

  • The Wanted Get G-Rated With Favorite Disney Movie Discussion

When it comes to conducting interviews with celebs, no matter how prepared, professional and/or confident we are that the questions we're going to ask will result in interesting, insightful responses, it's often the inclusion of a fan-submitted question that provides for the proverbial icing on the cake.

Such is the case with our MTV First: The Wanted on Tuesday, when fan Cynthia asked the cheeky fivesome to name their favorite Disney movie.

Although the question was a bit off the topic of music and such, the guys were immediately excited to offer up their answers.

"'Beauty and the Beast,'" said Max George, which drew annoyed reactions from the other boys who made it seem like that was their choice as well.

Jay McGuinness and Siva Kaneswaren initially appeared to offer a joint answer.

"We're not sure if it's Disney, but 'Finding Nemo'"? Jay said hesitantly, which was met with approving applause from the audience, after which Siva answered for himself.

"I'm going to say 'Hercules.' That's a great movie!"

"'Aladdin,'" answered Tom Parker, which garnered the loudest, most supportive applause from the studio audience.

"'Toy Story 3,'" Nate Sykes said at which point someone from the audience shouted out to include "The Lion King" somewhere in their favorites, which had all the guys re-evaluating their selection.

As a fellow "Hercules" fan, I'm most enthused about Siva's answer. Therefore he is my new favorite Wanted man.

Who had the best answer? Tell us in the comments or on Twitter!

  • Chris Pratt Begins A 'Five-Year Engagement' As This Week's Hump Day Hottie

Chris Pratt has been on our radar for a while now, but it seems lately his star is on the rise in a major, major way. Between roles on the small screen and increasingly high-profile big-screen parts, Chris is certainly worth staring at. Also, he can make us laugh. Any man that can combine comedic chops with goofy adorableness is worthy of our Hump Day Hottie honor.

Check out this dreamy photo of Chris and keep reading for more details about him!

Vital stats: This Washington-by-way of-Minnesota native, 32, has quite the colorful back story—like so many Hump Day Hotties before him. He was working in Hawaii at Bubba Gump's Shrimp Company when he was plucked from obscurity by actor-director Rae Dawn Chong. The rest is history.

As much as we love him, his equally funny wife, Anna Faris, probably loves him even more. Lucky lady!

Where you might have already seen him: He's been floating around for a while, appearing in some of our favorite TV shows like "Everwood" and "The O.C." He's also starred in all sorts of movies, including "Wanted," "Moneyball," "Bride Wars," "Jennifer's Body" and "What's Your Number?" alongside his wifey.

Why you should take notice of him now: This week he plays Jason Segel's pal in the rom-com, "The Five-Year Engagement," which is all about a troubled, yet hilarious long engagement between Jason's character and his lady love (Emily Blunt).

Also, he still has us chuckling week after week as the bumbling Andy Dwyer on "Parks and Recreation." His love for his on-screen wife, April (Aubrey Plaza), and his desire to always please everyone all the time, makes him as lovable on-screen as he is off.

He's also attached to the Untitled Farrelly/Wessler Project and Kathryn Bigelow's next film, "Zero Dark Thirty."

Until next week, when we choose another Hump Day Hottie, you can salute Chris by staring at the photo above!

  • Jason Segel, Emily Blunt Assure Us That 'The Five-Year Engagement' Is Not Your Average Rom-Com

Are you suffering from rom-com fatigue after too many tired meet-cutes and seen-it-a-million-times storylines? Of course you are! Which is why you might want to pay special attention to Jason Segel and Emily Blunt as they discuss all the ways in which their new movie, "The Five-Year Engagement," is not going to follow the well-trod path of the traditional romantic comedy—not least because both of these talented actors are just as sick as you are of all the cookie-cutter films in the genre. In fact, when Jason and Emily sat down for a conversation with MTV News about what makes this film different, Jason was the first to bemoan how predictable the usual Hollywood fare has gotten.

"I think that most romantic comedies are very formulaic, and you know exactly what's going to happen," he acknowledged, before listing off the usual timeline of events that almost all rom-coms follow. "But this starts with the engagement, and I think it's a very real exploration of how a couple—how the power dynamic changes over five years."

In other words: Don't be looking for a boy-meets-girl setup that runs into trouble and finally culminates in a boombox-over-the-head-style romantic gesture that leads to a happily-ever-after. Even if, as Emily pointed out, that sort of plot has become Hollywood shorthand for what love ought to look like.

"It's funny, I feel like movies usually have a perspective on what a perfect relationship is," Emily said. But she explained that both she and Jason rejected that perspective in favor of something real: "I think what's nice about this is that it does feel like a very, very real relationship. We really wanted the characters to feel awkward, and floored, andthey're desperately struggling to be together and make it perfect. And they are incredibly loving of each other."

But, of course, there is conflict:

"Life gets in the way and the dynamics change," Emily admitted. "And we brought our own personal ideas: How would you react? How would that make you feel?"

So, what does happen in "The Five-Year Engagement"? Neither actor would get more specific, but Jason told us that "it's got a little bit of everything: it's hilarious, and there are broad moments, and there are very sad solemn moments."

Most important, however: Both the stars of the film clearly feel that they've made something real and good with this movie. And, y'know, not to oversell it or anything, but Jason had this to say:

"It's one of the things that I'm most proud of in my entire career."

Which, coming from a guy who played a butt-naked breakup scene opposite Kristen Bell and actually made it poignant and heartbreaking, is kinda really saying something. We're sold!

Are you going to check out "The Five-Year Engagement" when it hits theaters this weekend?

  • Peep EXCLUSIVE Trailer For Rebecca Serle's 'When You Were Mine'

For hundreds of years, people have been captivated by the passionate, heartbreaking love story of Romeo and Juliet—the two teenagers from warring families who fell in love, suffered greatly, and finally chose to die rather than live without each other. It's the most romantic thing ever!

    ...Or is it?

Enter "When You Were Mine," the hotly anticipated YA novel by author Rebecca Serle that looks at the star-crossed lovers through the not-so-starry eyes of Romeo's jilted ladylove, Rosaline—and discovers the hidden, sinister truth behind the greatest love story ever told. And if your imagination is already running wild with excitement over how this story could play out on a modern landscape, you're not alone: "When You Were Mine" is already on track to be made into a feature film, with Lily Collins in talks for the lead role and screenwriters Scott Neustadter and Michael H. Weber giving the story a cinematic once-over. (Which means that you'd better get ready to cry: those would be the Hollywood heartbreak specialists who not only wrote "(500) Days of Summer," but are currently adapting "The Fault In Our Stars" for the big screen as well.)

But while it'll be awhile yet before we get a sneak peek at the "When You Were Mine" movie, we've got the EXCLUSIVE book trailer right here, right now! What would this story of woe look like in today's teenage world?

Well, for one, it would look like a lot of increasingly-freaked-out internet searches. The trailer opens on a hopeful note: Rosaline is ready to tell Rob, her longtime best friend, how she really feels about him...and before long, their budding love becomes Facebook Official. But Rose's unstable and selfish cousin, Juliet, is back in town—and Rose's internet history soon becomes a log of sadness, fear and desperation as Rob falls hard, drifts away, and begins descending into madness.

The killer part? We all already know how this story ends...but that won't stop us from snapping up "When You Were Mine" when it hits shelves on May 1.

  • 'Glee' Recap: 'Dance With Somebody'

GleeWhat has it been, a week since the last tribute episode? We all knew that it was coming, and last night "Glee" did an entire episode dedicated to the late Whitney Houston. New Directions did not take the singer's passing well, and two months on, they were still spontaneously breaking out into "How Will I Know" and placing an empty spotlight on the stage.

Will took the prolonged grieving period as a sign of something more. He told Emma that he believed the mourning had to do with the kids' fear of leaving high school. He was wrong.

And they told him so. Will suggested that the week's lesson be about Whitney and learning to let go. Sam brought up the singer's "problems," but Mercedes dismissed him and that entire aspect of Whitney's life immediately.

Every honeymoon has its end, and Kurt and Blaine had a pretty enormous fight this week. Kurt, feeling ignored and not the center of all attention, all the time, started texting an annoying kid named Chandler, whom he met at Lima's music store called "Between the Sheets." Chandler asked for Kurt's number, causing a DILEMMA.

For the group's first Whitney Houston song post-assignment, Santana, Brittany and Auto-tune sang "I Wanna Dance With Somebody." Unfortunately for Quinn, she really wanted to dance with somebody, but couldn't because she was still in the wheelchair. Her therapy isn't working as well as she hoped, so Joe, being the good Christian that he is, reached out to help Quinn and potentially get to second base.

For his subplot, Will went insane. Let me explain. Mr. Schue suggested to Emma that he wanted to move their wedding up seven months to May. Emma didn't agree with that, but Will literally kissed her into submission. It was kind of weird.

"Are you an astronaut because your smile is out of this world?"

A few things, Chandler. What's with the name? Were you born at the height of the Matthew Perry zeitgeist? Secondly, "your smile is out of this world?" Come on now, son. You can do better. Alas, Kurt was helpless to the "charms" of Chandler. But could we really blame him? (Yes, we could.) He and Blaine hadn't had an unscheduled make-out in weeks. Weeks! Rachel told him that the texting was inappropriate since Kurt wasn't willing to show Blaine.

As part of their new found connection, Quinn and Joe performed "Saving All My Love For You," and you know that there's a spark there because they haven't been paired yet. The laws of "Glee" romance dictate that if a couple is sexually compatible, it's going to happen.

Will went further off the deep-end once the wedding planner, Mr. Lavender, showed up. He continued to insist on May as the date of the wedding, and then the truth came out. Will was afraid that if they didn't get married before graduation, none of the kids would come. What about the summer, Will? Anyway, isn't it time we address Will's obvious lack of friends? The guy's going to ask Finn to be his best man, for Pete's sake!

As expected, Joe had feelings for Quinn, but not good normal Christian feelings. He had sexual feeling, and it was heavy implied that he got an erection while helping Quinn with her therapy, an unholy erection. Quinn said that the stiffy was totally OK, and that they should talk about what they are now. Joe was afraid of sins of the flesh, but then told Quinn that she is perfect and it was kind of sweet.

Uh-oh! Blaine found the texts. It was only a matter of time, and now the cheater was out in the light. It would have been a more interesting fight if Kurt wasn't so clearly in the wrong, but he kept arguing, saying that what Blaine did with Sebastian was essentially the same. Kurt also thought the whole thing was Blaine's fault, because he doesn't get solos anymore. Of course!

There was also a weird one-off scene where Rachel and Santana forced themselves to become friends. It didn't amount to much. Then Puck gave all the guys shot glasses. Not sure how all that fit in.

Mike O'Malley got a scene to send into the Emmy people when the time comes. Burt and Kurt talked through some issues, how they were drifting apart and how Burt didn't want his son to leave. Nothing stays the same, he said, maybe making an allusion to Kurt's situation with his BF. Things came to a head when Emma took the unhappy couple in for counseling. It turns out Blaine was just trying to see what things would be like without Kurt, and they made up.

The whole episode ended with a glee practice that wasn't mandatory. Kurt and Blaine were going to skip because everyone else had plans. But then they all showed up, and Will stood off-stage looking creepy.

    Download or Ditch

"How Will I Know" - Download
It's rare that "Glee" does a cappella, so we need to appreciate when it does.

"I Wanna Dance With Somebody" - Ditch
They sped up the beat, and it kind of killed the song.

"Saving All My Love For You" - Ditch
Mostly forgetful, and not really worth another listen.

    "So Emotional" - Download
This new-found friendship will hopefully result in more duets.

"It's Not Right But It's Okay" - Ditch
    Odd. Very odd.

    "I Have Nothing" - Ditch
Hate to say it, but it was kind of painful to listen to.

"My Love Is Your Love" - Download
    It's fun and very "Glee."

What did you think of last night's "Glee"? Do you like Quinn and Joe together? What was your favorite Whitney cover? How will the Klaine relationship fair after graduation? Sound off in the comments and on Twitter!

  • 'L.A. Complex' Cutie Brett Dier Hangs With Dr. Seaver!

Anyone else seriously excited for "The L.A. Complex" premiere tonight?! We were on board even before we chatted with star Cassie Steele. I mean, what's not to love about a series set in glitzy La-La-Land? Not to mention the seriously attractive boys that have become a trademark of The CW.

Speaking of which, Brett Dier is one such hottie. While he won't appear in tonight's episode, he's already begun filming scenes with Cassie—and "Growing Pains" father Dr. Seaver, apparently! It was announced earlier this month that Alan Thicke joined the cast to play Donald, though the details of his recurring character are being kept under wraps.

But back to cute Brett. The Canadian actor has appeared on "The Secret Circle" and other CW series including "Supernatural" and "Smallville." You might also recognize him as Marshall from MTV's "Made, The Movie." His charm and sense of humor make him a fun follow on Twitter and his constant TwitPic updates will add some eye candy to your day.

    Until next time, Tweet Dreams!

  • 'Glee' Star Chris Colfer Reveals 'Bump In The Road' For Kurt And Blaine

Hot off the premiere of his Tribeca Film Festival flick "Struck By Lightning," Chris Colfer will belt out Whitney Houston's "I Have Nothing" on tonight's episode of "Glee"—a tribute to the late singer. Talk about intimidating. We can't imagine having the guts to perform one of her songs on national television. But then, that's why Chris is on "Glee" and not us.

When MTV News caught up with the actor-turned-writer, who not only starred in "Struck by Lightning" but penned the script, he told us singing the Whitney song "terrified" him. "I've never been that scared singing a song 'cause there are so many runs and riffs and, oh God, it was so scary," he said. "I was doing it in the original key that she sang the song in, which was terrifying and hard... I've never been that scared or nervous. I literally was warming up my voice like a week in advance, like going to the vocal Olympics."

But even though the pressure of nailing "I Have Nothing" frightened Chris, he called the tribute episode "very special." As a huge Whitney Houston fan he was glad to be part of it.

"I remember when I first signed onto 'Glee,' I really had no idea who any pop star was, and I learned from Amber [Riley] and Kevin [McHale] telling me who these people were as we would cover their songs," he recalled. "But Whitney was someone I grew up with and I knew and my mom had her soundtracks. Even my mom had her soundtracks! I mean, so when she passed I was devastated. What a great way to honor her by doing her music on the show."

As New Directions continues to nationals and the seniors decide the next phase of their lives, it's unclear whether some relationships will last beyond high school. We're not quite sure if the couples can handle long-distance relationships or abandon their dreams for their significant others. "Glee" addressed this last week with Rachel and Finn, but so far, not much mention has been made of Klaine.

We quizzed Chris and he revealed their relationship is tested on tonight's episode. "Finally they go through their first bump, I want to say, in the road, which I'm really excited about," he said. Excited?! How can he be excited? We couldn't stand it if Kurt and Blaine parted ways.

He continued, "But, I mean, for the most part they're Kurt and Blaine. They're pretty steady." Whew. Our beloved couple might be safe after all!

Are you excited for tonight's Whitney Houston tribute episode of "Glee"? Do you think Kurt and Blaine's relationship will survive after high school? Let us know in the comments and on Twitter!

  • Charlaine Harris' Harper Connelly Series Lands Syfy Adaptation

After whisperings back in 2010, it looks like another series based on the supernatural stylings of Charlaine Harris is finally making its way to the small screen: Entertainment Weekly reports that the author's Harper Connelly mystery series (not to be confused with the Southern Gothic vampire sex chronicles that inspired HBO's "True Blood") is being eyed by Syfy for a new show called "Grave Sight."

Fans of the Harris signature style will recognize some familiar elements in this show-to-be: a small town, a psychic protagonist, a buried filthy history of SECRETS and LIES and MURDER, and, of course, characters with names so ridiculous that anyone sporting them in reality would be subject to a lifetime of playground beatdowns at the hands of a bully named Biff. (Current favorite: Harper's stepbrother, whose name is "Tolliver Lang." Tolliver!)

Syfy has purchased the rights to the series and hired a "Law & Order: SVU" scribe to pen the pilot—perhaps an appropriate selection, considering that the source material also contains plenty of Charlaine Harris' trademark copious sex and (eww?) some step-sibling sexual attraction to boot. But with a bar set seriously high by "True Blood," will the Syfy channel be able to do justice to the steamy intrigue of this series without violating the network's comparatively strict guidelines for decency? Only time will tell, but we'll definitely be keeping an eye out for this new psychic mystery to premiere in the coming year...and our fingers crossed that it comes with a pre-show title screen advising viewer discretion on the basis of supernatural sexiness!

What do you think of a Charlaine Harris-based series on Syfy? Take it to the comments and Twitter!
