- Star Spotting: One Direction's Louis Tomlinson Bungee Jumps, Scares The Ish Out Of Us!
One Direction's Louis Tomlinson bungee jumps off Auckland Tower in New Zealand!
Are we the only ones who think this pic of One Direction's Louis Tomlinson bungee jumping is like, THE scariest thing in the world? Sure, heights and free falling are frightening enough, but imagining the possibility of Louis getting hurt is SCARING US TO DEATH. We can only begin to imagine the gazillion dollar insurance policy bro had to sign off before he took that plunge. (Call us wimps, but we really like our boy bands in one piece, thanks.)
The incredibly brave "What Makes You Beautiful" singer was snapped taking the thrilling leap off the Auckland Tower in New Zealand while fans
held their breathe in utter fearcheered support from below. And while we may have a few choice words about Louis' stunt (can you tell we're not big fans of our boy bands taking on these kinds of risks?) we won't be calling any of the members of One Direction dull. Between Harry Styles latest koala snuggle and Louis' recent adventure, these bros are basically checking off their lives' bucket lists (and pretty much ours)... all under the ripe age of 20.Photo credit: Splash News
Переслать - Selena Gomez Releases A New Version Of Her 'Hit The Lights' Video, We Don't Really Know What's Different
Selena Gomez has released a second video for her smash "Hit The Lights."Selena Gomez loves her song "Hit The Lights" so much that she decided to make a second video for it. We're not mad at that one bit, but we do have some questions. In the first version, Selena parties with her friends in random locations and plays with giant yellow balloons. And, ta-da! The second version is... basically the same thing?
Watch Selena Gomez's new "Hit The Lights" video after the jump.
While the second version looks pretty much exactly like the first, we will offer props to Selena who seems to have crunked up the partying a tiny notch. Selena takes her posse to da club and as her record plays, she dances around with her friends and sings, "It's a mad, mad world, gotta make an escape/ It's a perfect world when you go all the way/ Hit the lights, let the music move you." After she's done at the club, Sel and her pals play around with flashlights in the dark, throw paint at each other and Sel dances around in a giant room full of pink balloons. Because there weren't enough balloons on the first go around.
In sum, both versions of Selena's "Hit The Lights" video prove that Selena's idea of "fun" is and will always be soooo much more dope than ours. I, too, would always choose to throw paint on my expensive couture clothing if that was an actual option.

Переслать - New Video: Pitbull, 'Back In Time'
You pretty much know that you've made it when you're picked out of every artist in the world to record the theme song to the new "Men In Black III" movie. Pitbull's latest jam, "Back In Time," samples the 1950s hit "Love Is Strange" by pop duo Mickey & Sylvia. Today marks the official video release.
Watch Pitbull's "Back In Time" video after the jump.
Pardon us, did we say video? Because we actually meant "abridged version of 'Men In Black III,' starring Pitbull." In the video, Pit inserts himself into actual scenes from the forthcoming flick and ends up battling some crazy-ass aliens alongside "MIB III" stars Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones. Pitbull goes out for a simple Chinese dinner with his gal when all of a sudden, some ETs burst onto the scene. (Another day, another alien invasion.) But have no fear, y'all -- Mr. Worldwide is well-equipped with a tricked-out alien-killing gun and effs those extraterrestrials up.
Pit recently spoke to Rap-Up and explained the concept for the video: "We can't understand the future if we don't go back in time. I think we often times need to go back in time to figure out who we are and how we're gonna move forward." See, and here we thought the concept was simply "How many aliens can we fit into this thing?" But props to Pitbull for working in some mad deep subtext.

Переслать - The Wanted Visit The Playboy Mansion, Hang With Bunnies (PHOTO)
The Wanted sneak in some QT with Playboy Bunnies!
The Wanted weren't kidding about catching some must-see sites while on tour in the U.S. So maybe making a pit stop at the Playboy Mansion isn't as common as say, a visit to Disneyland, but we ain't judging! If you were one of the most successful boy bands in the world right now (will they win our Battle Of The Boy Bands?), would you pass up the opportunity to BBQ with Bunnies? (If you said no, either you're in denial or your GF is reading this over your shoulder.)
The "Chasing The Sun" singers actually hit up Hugh Hefner's pad to celebrate bandmate Nathan Sykes' 19th birthday... not that they needed a reason. The band tried to keep the visit hush-hush, but Hugh let the bunny out of the bag when he excitedly tweeted about their visit. You know these Brits have serious swag if even lifelong bachelors freak out when they arrive.
The guys weren't that shy about the visit 'cause they shared a (PG) photo of them snuggling up with the Bunnies on their Facebook with the caption, "Dreams come true...us with the Playboy Bunnies." So basically, if American dudes weren't already jealous of the blokes' connections with the ladies of the world, they are now. But no hard feelings, The Wanted -- U.S. bros really
can't wait for you to leaveare "Glad You Came."Photo credit: facebook.com/TheWanted
Переслать - Video Premiere: Say Anything, 'Say Anything'
Say Anything stop everything in their "Say Anything video.
Close your eyes for one second in Say Anything's new "Say Anything" video, and you could miss the boxing drum set! Or some QUALITY Ace Ventura-level mugging by Adam Siska. The stop-motion video (a thing that's so hot right now) is full of more stuff than a Costco: we had to watch it twice just to keep up with singer Max Bemis' animated shirt. If cotton cassettes and dinosaurs in love don't hold your attention, the band soon joins the musician for some dizzying multi-colored rocking. Which is when the drummer goes all Manny Pacquiao on his seven-foot kit.
Watch Say Anything's "Say Anything" video after the jump.
It's cute, too: Bemis hugs a dog, proposes marriage (!) and rides his chair down to the taco shop for lunch. (There's always time for tacos.) Meanwhile, the upbeat song keeps its ingredients simple: "Anything for you," Bemis repeats like a mantra on the acoustic chorus, before the electric guitars take off. Dude's definitely a romantic -- minus the, uh, verses about committing genocide, maybe? We'd do anything for love, but we won't do that.
The darkly feel-good track's the latest from the band's album Anarchy, My Dear. Say Anything will be out rocking America for the next few weeks, but you can get your fix right here.

Переслать - New Song: Cheryl Cole, 'Call My Name'
Y'know Cheryl Cole? Of course you do! She was one-fifth of Girls Aloud, the most amazing girl group in British pop history (an objective fact), before she launched a major solo career with big names like will.i.am on production duty and served as a judge on the British version of "The X-Factor." Now set to release her third studio album, A Million Lights, she's dropped her Calvin Harris-produced first single, "Call My Name," and it's like Rihanna's "We Found Love." ON STEROIDS.
Listen to Cheryl Cole's "Call My Name" after the jump.
Glistening minimalist house production and big synths set the stage for Cheryl's vocal refrain: "How'd you think I feel when you call my name? You got me confused by the way I change!" What does that mean? We have no idea, but we love it, especially when she yells out, "Say my name, baby!" There's clearly a lesson here: Every time you see Cheryl Cole out and about, just scream "CHERYL!" at her and see what happens. It's obvious that she loves it.
Given that a big Calvin Harris dance track is pretty much the surest way to a No.1 hit these days, could this be the track that poises Cheryl for stateside stardom? Prepare to find "Call My Name" blowing out the speakers in a hopeless place... like your local discotheque. (Do those still exist?)

Переслать - Rihanna Takes Us Behind The Scenes Of Her 'Where Have You Been' Video Rehearsal, Dances Her Butt Off (VIDEO)
See, we were always under the impression that Rihanna was just born beautiful, talented and abnormally amazing at dancing. But thanks to some new behind-the-scenes footage from her "Where Have You Been" video rehearsals, it's become apparent that just like
memost humans, even Rihanna has to practice her running man in the mirror, too.Watch Rihanna behind the scenes at her "Where Have You Been" video rehearsal.
Filmed while rehearsing the dance performance section of her "Where Have You Been" video, Rihanna is shown working on her moves with a gaggle of backup dancers led by head choreographer/"Step Up 3D" maven, Hi-Hat. Though Rihanna's moves are close to perfection, Hi-Hat confesses it was hard to find time to teach the busy celeb: "Yesterday, this girl was dancing with french fries in her hand! That hour she was supposed to have for lunch, she wasn't here yet!" Multitasking at its finest.
As she practices each move, Rihanna explains, "This one is just all about performance... It's all about evoking emotion through your body. I would never shoot this video if I couldn't do choreography. 'Cause it would be pretty pointless. It would be disappointing." We highly doubt that any video which includes you looking LIKE THIS will disappoint, but we totally applaud your work ethic and dedication to making your moves as bangin' as possible. Additionally, Rihanna, I'm wondering: How much might you charge for a private dance lesson? Asking for a friend.

Переслать - Star Spotting: Apparently Jennifer Lopez Has Sweat Glands
There's no way Jennifer Lopez sweats. I just won't believe it.
You can put the absolutely STUNNING Jennifer Lopez in front of a deodorant company's step and repeat until the cows come home, I'm still never going to the think the woman's seen a bead of sweat in her life. Someone this flawless and perfect DOES NOT SWEAT, people, I'm telling you. But alas, we all put our pants on one leg at a time, right? At least that's what I tell myself when my own sweat mustache is out in full force five minutes after I've left my house... in the winter.
Jenny From The Block was in Acapulco filming her new music video, "Follow The Leader," and took a little time out to pose in front of some Degree logos (?). At least that's what they're telling us is going on in this photo -- I'm kind of thinking it's actually a hologram. That, or their advertising is working. BRB, buying a lifetime supply of this stuff, applying it to my back immediately. (Don't judge.)

Переслать - The Wanted Get Accused Of Kidnapping On 'Punk'd'! (VIDEO)
The cops aren't too pleased with The Wanted on the latest episode of 'Punk'd.'
What better way is there to welcome The Wanted to America than by totally "punking" the ish out of them? Tyler, The Creator is the host of this week's "Punk'd", and in typical Tyler fashion, he gave the boys a jolly ol' scare by essentially getting them arrested for kidnapping (!!!).
Watch The Wanted get "Punk'd" after the jump.
Here's what went down: The boys are pulled over by some cops who seem to think that the guys had something to do with a kidnapping of a small girl. Apparently, the boys gave the girl an autograph, and shortly after, she went missing! To make matters worse, the cops eventually find the kid tucked away in the back of The Wanted's van and she swears that the band "stole" her. Stuff goes from bad to worse when the kid's father comes to the scene and decides to "press charges." Just as it looks like all The Wanted dudes are about to start crying/calling their lawyers, Tyler pops out to let them know that he just punked their asses... and punked 'em good.
In a rare twist of "Punk'd" events, The Wanted band member Jay McGuiness was actually in on the entire joke: "The team at 'Punk'd' spoke to someone on our management team who...knew that out of the group, I enjoyed pranking the lads a lot." Band member Tom Parker added, "When you get accused of kidnapping, it's the worst feeling in your life. [I was thinking,] 'I'm going to prison for the rest of my life in America.'" Don't worry guys -- being known as kidnappers isn't actually part of your American reputation. Rather, we think you guys will forever be regarded as hot, talented and British. And maybe a tiiiny bit gullible.
