  • 'Perks Of Being A Wallflower' Trailer To Debut During Movie Awards Pre-Show!

Can we get a collective AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, please? Thank you. As if the 2012 MTV Movie Awards could get anymore exciting, we can confirm that Emma Watson's tweet is fact. The "Perks of Being a Wallflower" trailer will premiere during the pre-show, with Emma and co-stars Ezra Miller and Logan Lerman presenting the clip.

The movie, which began filming last summer, is based on Stephen Chbosky's coming-of-age novel. While we've been following the production of the flick closely with an exclusive set visit and movie stills, there's still no word as to an official release date. But with the trailer debuting June 3, we can only hope the movie will hit theaters shortly after!

Emma will also be representing "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2," which grabbed six nominations including the coveted Movie of the Year category. The actress is up for "Best Female Performance" and "Best Kiss," shared with co-star Rupert Grint. And who knows, maybe "Perks" will shine bright with a few nominations of their own next year.

Our Tweet Dreams will be filled with wishes for a "Perks" release date and big wins for Emma at this year's Movie Awards!

Will you tune in for the "Perks" trailer? What do you hope the sneak peek will reveal? Tell us in the comments and on Twitter!

  • 'Snow White' Star Kristen Stewart Talks Bonding With Charlize Theron During Press Tour

Though we've visited our fair share of movie sets, it's easy to forget how compartmentalized the film-making process can be. Case in point: Despite playing mortal enemies in the upcoming "Snow White and the Huntsman," stars Kristen Stewart and Charlize Theron didn't spend a ton of time filming together, meaning that their whirlwind schedule of premieres and press events has given the duo their first real opportunity to bond. (Commence the pillow fights and hair braiding! And count us in!)

"We actually only got to work together for three days, so we got to know each other probably more—or at least on a certain level—doing press," Kristen told our Josh Horowitz, while enjoying the bucolic English countryside. "It's been nice. It's been fun."

And if you think the saucy blond and introspective brunette make for an odd couple, you're not the only one. But Kristen said the two just jive for some inexplicable reason.

"I think it's that thing, some people intimidate you," Kristen explained. "Some people's energy is so big you feel like you don't fit in the room. With her, I really appreciate how different we are. I love the effect that she has on people. I find it hilarious. I love watching it happen. I do not have that. Maybe I have something else. It's definitely not as visceral."

If by "visceral" you mean "expletive-laden," then yes.

"It puts me to shame," Kristen joked of Charlize's potty mouth.

"Snow White and the Huntsman" hits theaters June 1.

Do you think Kristen and Charlize would make fun gal pals? Sound off in the comments and on Twitter!

  • Poll: Best Movie Awards Musical Performance

Break out the champagne because the MTV Movie Awards are finally legal. And what would a 21st birthday party be without some rockin' music? To celebrate this huge milestone we looked back at Movie Awards performances of yesteryear and, man, there are so many highlights!

There's Katy Perry and Snoop Dogg's rousing rendition of "California Gurls" from 2010, which had every girl, California bred or not, moving in her seat. In 2008, Coldplay rocked the soon-to-be anthem, "Viva La Vida," live for the first time as confetti rained down on the audience. And while we're feeling all nostalgic, we can't forget 'NSYNC popping out of massive Barbie (Ken?) doll boxes to perform "It's Gonna Be Me" in 2000.

We can hardly decide who should be crowned best of the best. That's why we're asking YOU to vote! Who had the best musical performance in the history of the MTV Movie Awards?

    » Return to polling headquarters!

Polls close Friday, May 29 at noon, with results to be announced in the lead-up to the 2012 MTV Movie Awards. Vote now and vote often!

  • Zooey Deschanel Says You'll Have To Wait To See Her As Loretta Lynn

Zooey Deschanel will go from being a "New Girl" to a "Coal Miner's Daughter" when she hits the Great White Way to portray country singer Loretta Lynn in the stage adaptation of her 1980 biopic.

When the news broke that the singer/actress had been hand-picked by Ms. Lynn to play her in the Broadway production of her book-turned-movie, the quirky actress seemed like the perfect choice, given her love for all things folksie. Plus, the role might help her move out of her comfort zone of playing big-eyed, innocent indie chicks. "Coal Miner's Daughter" follows the story of Loretta's childhood in rural Kentucky. While we all want to buy tickets to the show, Zooey told us while at the Fox Upfront earlier this week that it'll be a while before she hits the stage, but she's psyched nonetheless.

"It's not gonna be for a very long time, but I'm excited, very excited," she said. "What if I was most excited about the clothes? Not the clothes! I love Loretta Lynn, so I'm just really excited that I get to portray her."

Zooey would be filling some big shoes. Not only is Loretta a legend, but the "Coal Miner's Daughter" role was originated by another high-profile silver-screen dame: Sissy Spacek.

As for Zooey, well, she's certainly an experienced singer. While she frequently belts out tunes as Jess on her hit Fox sitcom, she is also in the indie group, She & Him (along with M. Ward).

Are you hoping to see Zooey on Broadway sooner rather than later? Sound off in the comments and on Twitter!

  • Poll: Movie Awards Best Dressed

We won't disagree that the Oscars are Hollywood's fashion Super Bowl, but we like to think stars have the most fun dressing for MTV awards shows. I mean, where else can one wear something like this? Thankfully, most starlets err on the side of funky and full-bottomed when walking the Movie Awards red carpet, leaving style watchers absolutely torn over who to crown best dressed.

Last year, two of our franchise favorites brought their A-games to the proceedings. "Harry Potter" star Emma Watson looked simply stunning in her cream Marchesa dress, while "Twilight" leading lady Kristen Stewart had us seeing red (in a good way) with her edgy Balmain mini. Kristen's co-star Anna Kendrick caught our eye a year earlier with her floral Zac Posen, as did Scarlett Johansson and Whitney Port in their colorful frocks. Really, we could go on and on, so we'll leave it up to you. Who's been the most stylish star at the Movie Awards? Vote in our poll after the jump!

  • 'Glee' Recap: 'Props/Nationals'

So. Much. Glee. Last night's two-hour, double episode was like a "Glee" movie, and just like "Glee: The 3D Concert Movie," it was light on plot but full of memorable moments.

As New Directions prepares for Nationals, Sue is worried that Vocal Adrenaline can't be beat now that they have the extraordinarily talented, cross-dressing Unique. To compensate, she tries to coerce Kurt into wearing a dress. While he refuses, this does lead to a hilarious Kurt/Blaine flashback to Halloween, when they dressed up as Snooki and The Situation, respectively. Love it!

Still pining over her failed NYADA audition, Rachel leaves judge Carmen Tibideaux a 15th voicemail asking for another chance.

During a slave-driving rehearsal with Sue, Tina storms out in a rage, annoyed that she never gets a solo. Later, while in a text fight with Mike at the mall, she accidentally falls into a water fountain and hits her head—causing the body swap we gave you a sneak peek at last week. Finn and Puck are now Kurt and Blaine, Artie and Mercedes become Santana and Brittany, even Sue and Will switch! It's super trippy, makes no sense plot-wise, and is a totally awesome "Glee" moment. Tina, as Rachel, belts out some Celine Dion to receive her first standing ovation.

Sue, worried that New Directions doesn't have a prop as unique as Unique, tries to work welding, sparks and little people into the Nationals routine. Though Kurt refuses to don drag for the team, Puck strolls into practice wearing a dress and a wig. Unfortunately, the hockey bullies catch his little act and challenge him to a rumble by the Dumpsters. Though Puck used to be McKinley's prime bully, he's the one who ends up Dumpster diving. In a last ditch effort to regain his dignity, he pulls out a (rubber) knife, scaring away the crowds but landing in big trouble with Coach Beiste. After an emotional heart to heart, and a great scene that sees Beiste finally leave Cooter, she convinces Puck's teacher to give him another chance at the test he failed, and decides to come help chaperone Nationals.

Switched back to their proper selves, Tina drives Rachel to Oberlin to track down Ms. Tibideaux. Though the uptight judge chastises Rachel for wasting her time, Tina stands up for her buddy and invites the esteemed judge to come see Rachel at Nationals. It seems that Tina's short flirtation with diva-dom is over, and not a moment too soon.

Spelling out the lesson of the episode for us, Rachel comments on how different the glee kids all are and how great it is that everyone reaches out and accepts each other. Kumbaya!

    Download or Ditch

    "I Won't Give Up" – Download
Rachel sings Jason Mraz, like everything else, beautifully.

"Because You Loved Me" – Ditch
We love you, Tina, but you just can't belt like Rachel.

    "Mean" – Download
This rendition from Puck and Beiste is heartfelt and passionate.

    "What a Feeling" – Ditch
It's a great song, but something about this version falls flat.

The second hour of "Glee" finds us at Nationals in Chicago. Mercedes is in bed with a fever, Will is whining to Emma because he wants his kids to win, and the rest of the group is fighting over jazz squares and over-rehearsing. Basically, things are starting to come apart at the seams. Uh-oh!

Right before the performances, Rachel runs into (gasp!) Jesse St. James. Does he still have a thing for her? Will tries to pep talk the glee club, but instead, Finn takes over, telling him, "You know a teacher's job is done when his students don't need him anymore." With Mercedes back from her deathbed, Beiste scarfing down chocolate to calm her nerves, and guest judges Lindsay Lohan, Perez Hilton, and Lloyd from "Entourage"—playing some other character—in the house, it's show time! Of course, the New Directions knock "Edge of Glory," "It's All Coming Back" and "Paradise by the Dashboard Light" out of the park. As it if couldn't get any better, Ms. Tibideaux catches Rachel's performance and loves it.

After a little foreshadowing action (hint: Unique will probably end up at McKinley in the fall), Vocal Adrenaline, a.k.a the Unique back-up group, takes the stage to rock some Nicki Minaj and The Who.

The judges deliberate, and although Perez is rooting for Vocal Adrenaline, LiLo votes New Directions because they're making a comeback...like her. Get it? Well, it seems La Lohan yields more influence, because New Directions wins Nationals!! Also, Jesse seeks out Ms. Tibideaux and tells her how amazing Rachel is, so expect some NYADA action in her future.

As the glee club rolls back into McKinley, the hockey team approaches with slushie cups, but they're full of confetti. Finally, the Glee kids get the recognition they've fought so hard for, in a montage set to Grouplove's "Tongue Tied." And they're not the only ones celebrating; Will and Emma finally get it on!

Before the marathon episode closes out, Figgins enlists the help of the glee kids to present the Teacher of the Year award, which, of course, goes to none other than Mr. Schuester. Finchel deliver a heartfelt speech crediting him with teaching them how to dream, before leading the New Directions through an epic performance of "We Are the Champions."

    Download or Ditch

    "Edge of Glory" – Download
Once again, "Glee" does Gaga justice.

"It's All Coming Back" – Download
This is one of Rachel's best ballads yet.

"Paradise by the Dashboard Light" – Download
A quirky yet catchy song choice, this song that no "Glee" viewer had ever heard of was the episode's standout.

    "Starship" – Ditch
This was fun to watch, but the vocals don't add much to the original version.

    "Pinball Wizard" – Download
Mercedes needs to watch out, because Unique sure can belt it out!

"We Are the Champions" – Download
This joins "Don't Stop Believing" and "Sing" as a new "Glee" classic.

What's going to happen in next week's finale? Will Rachel get into NYADA? Will Puck graduate? Sound off in the comments and on Twitter!

  • Nina Dobrev Will 'Rock It Out' As Vampire Elena, Kat Graham Gushes

Nina Dobrev's been pulling double duty on "The Vampire Diaries" for a while now—portraying both human Elena Gilbert and her lookalike, vampire Katherine Pierce. But after Elena's transformation during the season three finale last week, it looks like the Canadian cutie will be all vampire, all the time (and we couldn't be more excited to see how this plays out). Of course, we're not the only ones. Nina's co-star Kat Graham is also pretty stoked by the idea.

"Oh well, I'm so excited," Kat shared with MTV News earlier this week at Wango Tango. "I love Nina. I'm a huge fan of her. She works so hard and, as her friend, I get to see when she plays Katherine versus when she plays Elena. So it's really great for me to be able to, I don't know, I'm getting so excited to see what she's going to do because it obviously has to be different than Katherine. And she's definitely going to bring the vulnerability of Elena to it, and she's gonna rock it out. I know she will."

But it might not be just Elena who makes a move to the dark side. Kat shared that witchy Bonnie might also embrace that side of herself next season.

"Well, a lot of her decisions that she made in the episode 'Before Sunset' and the season finale were affected by, I think, the whole of season three and the things that happened and her making the statement that 'I'm not gonna let you guys push me around anymore,'" she said. "So I think you're gonna see an even stronger Bonnie, a more surprising Bonnie, a character that's gonna make some decisions that are going to surprise people. And then I feel like a lot of people want to see a darker Bonnie. So we'll see if they play with that. It's amazing. I'm surprised. I thought that people wanted Bonnie to have a halo all the time. But if it's justified than it's never bad."

  • Poll: Best Movie Awards Acceptance-Speech Kiss

With the MTV Movie Awards just around the corner, we're starting to feel a wee bit nostalgic for all the other wondrous moments we've seen at Movie Awards past—and when it comes to wondrous moments, there's nothing quite like the ones where our award-winners take the stage, grasp their awards, hold them high and get overcome by emotion...and then, by the overwhelming urge to furiously mouth each other like a couple of golden retriever puppies.

Which happens a lot! Yes, kissing interrupts our acceptance speeches at the Movie Awards with alarming frequency (and, curiously, not just when the actors involved are collecting the honors for Best Kiss. It must just be something about the Golden Popcorn that makes all these celebs feel the loooove.) And with this many winning smooches gracing our Movie Awards stage over the years—from Will Ferrell and Sacha Baron Cohen's 2007 rolling liplock to Robsten's kinda-sorta-smooch in 2010—it's high time we picked a winner from the winners...or that YOU did. So, vote in our poll and tell us: Which acceptance-speech kiss takes the cake?

  • Chace Crawford Doesn't Know What To 'Expect' As This Week's Hump Day Hottie

Chace Crawford is hitting the big screen this week in "What To Expect When You're Expecting" (try saying that five times fast!), and we have to say, he has a face that should always be seen on the biggest screen possible. The "Gossip Girl" star has been making us melt for years now, and in honor of his big, blue eyes and that Southern-fried charm we are naming him our Hump Day Hottie.

Check out this dreamy photo of Chace and keep reading for more details about him!

Vital stats: This Texas-raised 26-year-old moved around a bit as a kid before settling in Dallas, where he graduated from high school. He attended Pepperdine University for a while studying broadcast journalism, perhaps knowing he'd end up on TV eventually. While he never pursued a career in the field, his sister, former beauty queen and Mrs. Tony Romo, Candice, eventually did.

Where you might have already seen him: He's spent the last five years playing Nate Archibald on The CW's soapy "Gossip Girl," which just got renewed for its final season. But, he's also built quite the interesting film resume, having appeared in smaller flicks like "Twelve" and "Peace, Love, & Misunderstanding," as well as the scary "The Haunting of Molly Hartley."

Why you should take notice of him now: Well, this week he plays a dad-to-be in the A-list-filled rom-com, "What To Expect When You're Expecting," based on the baby bible of the same name. So, who is he expecting a baby with? Anna Kendrick. Lucky girl!

For now, Chace only has "Gossip Girl" on his slate, but with the show prepping for its last season, we expect that his schedule will fill up fast with other big-time projects.

Until next week, when we choose another Hump Day Hottie, you can salute Chace by staring at the photo above!
