  • Video Premiere: Wiz Khalifa Featuring 2 Chainz, 'It's Nothin''

Wiz Khalifa has some wild fun in the desert in his latest video, "It's Nothin'."

There are very few dudes like Wiz Khalifa. He's clearly a "march to the beat of his own drum" kinda guy. So if you were to tell us there was a rapper who decided to drive out to the desert in an expensive sports car and destroy TVs while wearing a Native American headdress, we would probably guess Wiz Khalifa first. It just sounds like something he would go for. In his new video for "It's Nothin'" (and with a little help from 2 Chainz), Wiz confirms our suspicions that he is DEF the kind of guy to do this. We cherish your individualism, Wiz. Never change.

Watch Wiz Khalifa Featuring 2 Chainz's "It's Nothin'" after the jump.

At the start of the clip we see the daddy-to-be packing his bags and heading out into the dusty yonder. But to do what? Oh, just to destroy some stuff. (We guess this is the "Play Hard" part of "Work Hard Play Hard.") 2 Chainz joins him on the track -- because it seems these days it's not legal to release a song in 2012 without him taking a guest spot -- and proceeds to sit upon a throne next to a suit of armor, which you can't help but feel will move. Don't know why, you just get that feeling. What we're trying to say is that in a video like this, with an artist like Wiz, anything can happen. That's why he's one of a kind. March on, Wiz. Just make sure you have enough gas to get home. It's a long walk back to civilization!

  • Star Spotting: Katy Perry Photobombs Her Own Photo! (PHOTO)

Katy Perry looks entranced by something at the amfAR's Inspiration Gala!

You know what? We can always count on Katy Perry for a laugh. I mean, we're STILL giggling over her geeky getup in "Last Friday Night" where she's no-shame rocking a night brace/retainer. Not to mention all that neon... Oh god, the neon.

And even though she's just as prone to looking glammed out all the time, one of the things we love the most about Katy is that she's not at ALL afraid to pull a silly face. We love a lady who doesn't take herself too seriously! After making a jokey-scared face on a haunted hayride, making a proud-to-be-a-Belieber face, and being a flawless beauty queen, now we're busy LOLing over this picture of Katy totally photobombing HER OWN PHOTO with a blank (though endearing) "WUT?" expression.

Check out more photos of Katy Perry after the jump!

Surrounded by director Tate Taylor and actress Octavia Spencer, Katy achieved the photobombs to end all photobombs at amfAR's Inspiration Gala at Milk Studios in L.A. Now we're just left with the question: What could Katy be staring at? Maybe the dessert tray? (I mean, that's what we would be staring at...) Maybe someone was wearing the same dress as her? (Cue fired stylist.) But Katy soon righted all wrongs by taking a GORG picture with actress Kate Hudson. Remember what we said about Katy looking glammed out all the time? Well, she just nailed it again. Photobomb or no photobomb! (But Katy, you know Kathy Beth Terry will always hold a special place in our hearts.)

  • New Video: Lana Del Rey, 'Ride'

    Lana Del Rey

Lana Del Rey sees America in "Ride."

Want to take a "Ride" with Lana Del Rey? Better strap in. Her epic 10-minute mini-movie for the track finds her hitting the open road with a biker gang, her pop career behind her -- "I was a singer, not a very popular one," she says in a voice-over. You're too humble, girl! The film opens with Del Rey, a vision of '80s jean-short Americana, swinging across the screen on a tire. "I was in the winter of my life, and the men I met along the road were my only summer," she says, before 10 minutes of cuddling up to a lucky selection of biker bros.

Watch Lana Del Rey's "Ride" video after the jump.

The song kicks off over more than 3 minutes in, embracing the escapism. "Just ride," she sings in the chorus, as she launches fireworks and grips a gun. Even after driving for miles on a Harley, she still doesn't have a hair out of place -- respect to Lana's curls game.

"Ride" is about an older America, the rough-and-tumble world of films such as "Easy Rider" and Old Hollywood glamour -- as well as a modern pop star idea that artists from Lady Gaga to Nicki Minaj sing about. "I am f***ing crazy," she says in the outro. "But I am free." "Ride" will be on Del Rey's extended Paradise edition of Born to Die, due Nov. 13. Be right back, we have a bike to order.

  • The Buzz On: Bridgit Mendler

Ready or not, Bridgit Mendler is primed to dominate the pop charts.

Bridgit Mendler is getting ready to take over -- and don't say we didn't warn you. Star of the Disney Channel's "Good Luck Charlie" and feature film "Lemonade Mouth," the golden-haired singer-songwriter is also riding high on two pop-studded, hook-laden singles -- "Forgot To Laugh" and "Ready Or Not" -- and will soon release her upcoming debut, Hello My Name Is, via Hollywood Records. And girl is only 19! How's that for a résumé? Now add dancing to the mix and you've got yourself an old-fashioned triple threat.

Listen to Bridgit Mendler after the jump.

Though she only has two singles out so far, Bridgit has proven her versatility as a singer -- while the video for "Ready Or Not" showcases Bridgit as a fun-loving, California girl, "Forgot To Laugh" displays wisdom beyond her years. Produced by Emanuel "Eman" Kiriakou and Evan "Kidd" Bogart, "Forgot To Laugh" is at once sunny and wise, and seems to revel in the friendly sass and punch of Cher Lloyd and the fast-talking know-how of Lily Allen. Bridgit's ease and comfort with herself shine through: "If you drive away/ Hope you get a flat tire, get stranded/ If it's goodbye today/ Know you're leaving here empty-handed/ 'Cause I got my own life/ And you're just a punch line/ If you go, you're a joke/ I forgot to laugh." Yeah, girl power! Ready or not, here she comes. And we'll be waiting!

  • Listen To Bat For Lashes Covering Rihanna's 'We Found Love'

Listen to Bat For Lashes cover Rihanna's smash hit "We Found Love."

British indie singer Natasha Khan aka Bat For Lashes has been super busy lately-- so far she's revealed two enchanting videos for singles "Laura" and "All My Gold," both from her upcoming album, The Haunted Man, which drops Oct. 23. Now the experimental singer-songwriter has taken a step in a poppier direction, which is to cover Rihanna and Calvin Harris' club banger "We Found Love." This development doesn't seem too surprising to us -- both ladies tend to skew toward the darker side of the indie/pop spectrum, and both kinda like to show up naked on album art. So there ya go!

Listen to Bat For Lashes covering Rihanna's "We Found Love" after the jump.

Originally recorded for Zane Lowe's BBC1 radio show, Bat For Lashes' version of "We Found Love" doesn't quite pack the same punch without Calvin Harris' synths, but the toned-down track is not without its own beauty. The song begins slowly, led by a soft drumbeat, and showcases Natasha's vocals, which are surrounded by smoky, dramatic strings and subtle chimes. We wouldn't take this track to the club, but heck if we wouldn't sit contemplatively with it in a coffee shop or walking through the rain on a Tuesday night. And we mean that in the best way possible.

  • The Wanted's 'I Found You' Video Includes Cute Dogs... We Expect The Internet To Break Momentarily (PHOTOS)

The Wanted and dogs! YUP, WE'RE FREAKING OUT.

We're pretty sure the internet is about to stop working because of these stunning photos of the bros from The Wanted and AN ADORABLE DOG! Or in other words, the only thing more perfect than The Wanted alone is The Wanted with a cute dog! Well that, and maybe The Wanted alone with their shirts off but sadly that's not an option at this exact moment.

See more photos from the set of The Wanted's "I Found You" video after the jump.

In between that one time they got attacked by fans and that other time they wore the dopest T-shirts on Earth, The Wanted found a moment to shoot the video for their latest jam, "I Found You." Thankfully, each of the bros took to Twitter to post a slew of behind-the-scenes photos, including several images of the long-lost sixth member of The Wanted (who also moonlights as an adorable pooch named Boris). In fact, the boys were so obsessed with Boris the pup, that Max and Tom shared some special moments with him and then tweeted about it... as one does after they co-snuggle a doggie. Other behind-the-scenes photos include one stunning solo portrait of Boris (we told you they were obsessed) as well as some shots of Max wearing a dapper peacoat and Nathan rocking out in a suit. No clue how all of this will come together to make a story line, but does it really matter? Because The Wanted and DOGS! That will forever and always be enough.

  • New Video: Justin Bieber Featuring Nicki Minaj, 'Beauty And A Beat'

Good to know that Justin's "uncovered stolen footage" is really him and Nicki Minaj partying in "Beauty And A Beat."

Earlier this week, Justin Bieber tweeted some distressing news that his personal belongings had been stolen from him at a performance in Washington state. Of course our hearts bled for Justin, and we VOWED REVENGE. (OK, maybe we weren't that aggro about it, but we DEF were going to keep our eyes open for his stuff in the hopes that he would reward us with something super special.) Well, everyone can call off the search party -- it turns out that Biebs' "stolen footage" has been "recovered" in the form of a video for his next single off Believe, "Beauty And A Beat." PHEW! We were kinda legit worried for you, Justin.

Watch Justin Bieber featuring Nicki Minaj's "Beauty And A Beat" after the jump.

At the start of the clip, a message flashes across the screen that the video is stolen footage uploaded from a mystery blogger (for shame, we would NEVER POST stolen Bieber footage...but maybe we'd watch it). Next, the Handycam and mobile-heavy video shows Justin having a blast at a resort (swimming, dancing, partying, and riding waterslides -- tough life, right?). Also, Nicki Minaj is there too -- she's just bein' friendly and dancing all on Justin (GRRRRL). This sounds like the perfect getaway to us, and definitely beats our last vacation to the Hoover Dam. I mean, donkeys are cool and all, but yeah, NOT BIEBER. One more thing, though: Never scare us like that again, Justin. We were almost ready to deck a fool over that "stolen stuff."

  • New Song: Icona Pop, 'We Got The World'

Listen (and dance your a** off) to Icona Pop's latest release, "We Got The World."

We're no strangers to Swede pop -- in fact we heavily endorse it! Just look at these Masters of the Pop Universe: There's Lykke Li, Robyn...and I mean, even Abba ruled in the '70s. (No denying it! Have you any idea how long "Mamma Mia" has been on Broadway?? That's staying power.) Anyway, our latest MVS (Most Favorite Swedes) is definitely the electro-pop duo Icona Pop, aka Aino Jawo and Caroline Hjelt, singers of such thumping, dance-ready hits as "I Love It" and "Ready For The Weekend." (Extra points to you if you remember that the girls also assisted in Chiddy Bang's indie hit "Mind Your Manners.") Now Icona Pop is back with a brand-new track off of their EP Iconic, titled "We Got The World."

Listen to Icona Pop's "We Got The World" after the jump.

Kicking off with the ladies' chiming, "Say 'you must be high' when we're spreading love/ But we're just living life and we'll never stop/ We got the world, we got the world," the track dives headfirst into a house-heavy beat, which we think will do juuuust fine in every club, like, everywhere. Taking cues from artists like the aforementioned pop master Robyn and even more so from electronica's prodigal son Calvin Harris, "We Got The World" is pure, simple, pop fun, and begs the listener to revel in all of its explosive, stay-in-your-head-for-a-week, hook-laden glory. Icona Pop cannot be ignored -- and we're not complaining! Just get us to the cluuurb on time.

  • Britney Spears Joins Celebs In Honoring Whitney Houston (PHOTOS)

Britney Spears pays tribute to the late, great Whitney Houston.

Britney Spears has been pretty busy lately, what with dressing up like Cleopatra and sauntering down empty hotel hallways in her "Fantasy Twist" fragrance TV ad. But the "X Factor" judge recently took some time out of her packed schedule to pay tribute to the late, great (perhaps the greatest of them all) Whitney Houston.

See more photos of Britney Spears after the jump.

Billed as the "We Will Always Love You: A Grammy Salute To Whitney Houston," Britney joined celebs like Halle Berry, Jennifer Hudson, Usher, Celine Dion and others at the Staples Center to tape a one-hour tribute to Whitney honoring her life and legacy. Naturally, Britney was beyond thrilled to be paying tribute to Whitney and tweeted about it to all her fans: "I am both honored and humbled to take part in the GRAMMY salute to Whitney Houston on Thursday... She'll always be 1 of my heroes!" Ours, too, Brit. Ours, too. We're looking forward to watching the show, which airs Nov. 16 at 10 p.m. ET/PT. So set your DVRs now!

  • Video Premiere: Usher, 'Numb'

Usher recalls past successes and failures in his "Numb" video.

It's tough to see any pop star having to cancel a show due to illness (and no, we're not talking about puking and rallying), but it's even sadder when you relive the moment over and over again. The latest track from his Looking 4 Myself disc, Usher's "Numb" video takes fans all the way back to a fateful day in August 2011 at the O2 Arena in Berlin when an illness caused him to cut his set short. Usher holds nothing back either -- the IRL video footage includes the "Climax" singer standing alone on stage as the crowd boos and screams. Legit, it was actually sad to watch!

Watch Usher's "Numb" video after the jump.

Directed by Chris Applebaum and Grace Harry, the video juxtaposes footage from Usher's hospital stay and shots of him performing some sick dance moves in an enclosed glass box. Clearly, being sick and dancing in glass boxes have no literal connection, but let's whip out some eighth-grade English for a sec and say that perhaps Usher and the glass box is a metaphor for holding nothing back? He's vulnerable, exposed, and dancing for all the world to see! (But Usher is an amazing dancer, so why wouldn't he want to show off?) Whatever guys, metaphors are complex! Just watch Usher's video! Love it as much as we did, OK? Great.
