Miley Cyrus is in the recording studio. We're ready for new tunes, Miley!
In case you were wondering whether Miley Cyrus was really working on her new album, here's proof from her Pheed account -- AN ACTUAL PHOTO OF HER IN THE STUDIO! So to be clear: In between returning to "Two And A Half Men," performing at galas, giving her pooches ample amounts of attention, and planning a wedding, Miley is also hard at work making new music. This is the part where you bow down to Miley's impeccable time management skills. (And where you feel guilty about all those naps you take.)
Miley has been teasing us with all kinds of live treats (like that beautiful rendition of "Lilac Wine" and her latest cover of Melanie Safka's "Look What They've Done To My Song"), but we're dying to know what original tunes she's going to release with once this record is finished. We already got a hint that she's working with Pharrell Williams, but we want more details! MOST importantly, WHEN WILL THIS RECORD BE DONE, Miley? Visual proof that stuff is on the way would be great -- it's just that we need something new to dance to! (Mostly 'cause I'm losing friends who are tired of watching my flawless choreography to "Party In The U.S.A.")

The Hood Internet teams up with Tobacco and Psalm One in "More Fun."
Mash-up kings/taco fans The Hood Internet have been smashing together our favorite jams since 2007, but now they're focused on crafting some new tracks of their own. Their latest is "More Fun," which comes with a video that's a straight-up suspense-thriller, all extreme close-ups with a shocking ending. Konee Rok directed the video, though at first we thought it had to be Soderbergh.

In Matt Damon's role is Hood Internet's DJ Stv Slv playing a dude under constant surveillance. Slv spends the video being a chill bro: playing basketball, walking his dog, eating hot dogs, and getting busy in the Kmart parking lot. The usual! But it's all under the watchful eye of Chicago MC Psalm One, who confronts him at the video's conclusion with the trail of trash he's left behind -- including his own used condom. Don't litter, y'all. Definitely don't litter.
The musicians contribute to the track as well, making for a floor-rattling banger that's way more fun than getting your Magnum -- BRB, barfing -- tossed at your nose. "I can kiss you, I can make you love me/ at least until the high wears off, you'll be my hubby," Psalm One raps over bending synth notes and jackhammer drums. It's all pretty, uh, in your face. The Hood Internet's FEAT, the duo's debut album, is out now.

Remember that time you went to this underground club, danced all up on a bunch of supermodels, and then made out with A GLISTENING KELLAN LUTZ? No? Well, luckily Matchbox Twenty's new video for "Put Your Hands Up" paints a perfect picture of what it would be like if this TOTAL DREAM SCENARIO came true. And did we mention Kellan Lutz is in the video? It's worth repeating.

Unlike the feisty girl who threw records at the band in "She's So Mean," the leading lady of "Put Your Hands Up"' (Australian model Sharni Vinson) is just looking for a good time at the club. While some VERY attractive club-goers dance, drink, and sweat all over each other, BAM! -- there's Kellan Lutz chilling with some friends like NBD and officially making eyes at Sharni Vinson. Annnd that's pretty much when the rest of the video turns into one of the best makeout scenes EVER recorded on camera. We're kinda wondering if this is a bid from Kellan for a starring role in "Magic Mike 2?" Because we totally think that should happen.

We think Far East Movement plan to vote Obama. Just a theory!
We're used to hearing Far East Movement sing about partying, chicks, living their life, dirty basses, and well, "Jello," but that doesn't mean they're not open to singing about something a smidge more important! Inspired by Obama's #ForAll social media campaign, Far East Movement have written and recorded the brand-new, aptly-titled new track "For All."

Though it's a little less clubby than their previous hits, "For All" is still extremely radio-ready and is slated to appear on their forthcoming Dirty Bass album reissue. In their own words, Far East Movement's Kev Nish explains: "We wanted to create an anthem around the inspirational ideals that people around the world are entitled to, no matter your race, religion, sexual preference, political or social views. We use the crowd at our concerts as the example. When you're at a show experiencing live music, no matter who you're next to, you're experiencing that magic together."
Unfortunately, we have to wait until Thursday to see the video, but it's prolly going to be worth it since the clip features tons of celebrities (including Snoop Dogg(!!) and Russell Simmons). And also, do we think this new jam miiiight encourage Obama to get out there and DANCE? Just wondering...

What's a Goldendoodle? It's a really expensive puppy.
Guys! Usher got himself a Goldendoodle! Right, so what the eff is a Goldendoodle, you ask? After consulting The All-Knowing Internet, we learned that a Goldendoodle is a cross-breed dog that comes from breeding a golden retriever with a poodle. Woah, cool! And CUTE! And now Usher has one!

The "Numb" singer hit up the Pencils Of Promise Gala last night in New York (that's a charity founded by Adam Braun, brother of Scooter Braun, AKA Justin Bieber's manager!), where he reportedly got into a minor bidding war for the prized Goldendoodle. Rumor has it that former "Gossip Girl" star Jessica Szhor almost beat Usher out with a bid of $11,00o, but Usher won out in the end with a bid of $12,000. Thankfully, all the dough raised at the benefit will go towards helping build schools in places like Laos, Nicaragua, Guatemala, and Ghana. Way to support the cause, Usher. Now, go and enjoy your new pup

Hayden Panettiere goes country strong in her new video for "Telescope."
Hayden Panettiere, er, we mean "Nashville" character Juliette Barnes, has officially dropped a brand-new pop-country music video called "Telescope" (AKA Nashville's first official single!). Though at first we were surprised to see Hayden's country-fied turn, now we have to admit that the former Heroes hottie is totally holding her own.
For all y'all skeptics out there, this isn't Hayden's first rodeo: In addition to releasing another pop-country single "Wake Up Call" back in 2008, she totally looks the part with her all-American blonde hair, lashes to there, hemlines beyond mini, and a healthy dash of cleavage. Musically speaking, she's managed to channel the vixen vibes of Carrie Underwood and Miranda Lambert with just a touch of Taylor Swift and is giving Connie Britton's hair a run for its money as the best character on "Nashville," if you ask me. Country Stronger than yesterday!

Also, let's talk. Aren't cheating beaus brought to justice more in country music videos than any other genre? They're the perfect physical manifestation of "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned." In the video, Hayden gives her "cheatin', schemin'" (and spicy) man (Daniel Ness) what he deserves by STRINGING THE DUDE UP with rope and hanging him upside down, Spider-Man-style. "You're like the cover of a book that's been read, baby," croons Hayden. All the while, she struts around in a blue dress with a super plunging neckline. Consider it a**hole tax, Daniel. Dressing well's the best revenge, right? Daniel may have "left his troubles in [her] head" and "[his] secrets in [her] bed," but heck if Hayden didn't have the last word.

Anybody who's been paying attention to their calendars (or noticed the seasonal barrage of pumpkin spice lattes) knows that Halloween is coming faster than you can say "fun-sized pack of Skittles." And from the looks of these exclusive photos from the set of their "Swan Song" video, Set It Off certainly noticed. Premiering exclusively on MTV Buzzworthy this Monday, October 29, "Swan Song" places the darkly dramatic band (and Reddit darlings) in a creepy three-ring circus of trapeze artists, pyro, and an eerie-looking carousel (DNW!), led by lead singer Cody Carson, in a red ringmaster's coat. (Wonder if he got any inspiration from some ghosts of pop-punk past there?) Wardrobe aside, this looks like one of the creepiest trips to the circus we've seen maybe ever. But if these photos are any indication, it looks like Set It Off are the ones doing the scaring. You've been warned.

Liam Payne makes magic happen.
Who knew One Direction's Liam Payne was a regular David Copperfield?? As you may know, Liam and his 1D bros have been super busy prepping for their new album, Take Me Home, and prepping for their upcoming tour. So, needing a break, they hit up da clurb for some much-needed R&R. And much-needed magic.
We're not exactly sure what prompted Liam to whip out his deck of cards (or why he's carrying a deck of cards to the club in the first place), but we're going with it, because somehow, magic happened. Because not only is Liam made of magic, but he also does magic, too.
In fact, it's my professional opinion that these photos might improve the lives of dorky, card-playing bros worldwide! All these dudes are like, "Look! Now a totally hot and famous guy also does card tricks! Maybe we can finally score some chicks too?" Either way, Liam Payne exploring his inner Houdini is as spectacular as David Blaine submerged in a dunk tank for a year, or whatever he did that one time. Maybe next, Liam will graduate to full-scale levitation, telepathy, or mind-reading? Liam! What are we thinking right now? (Hint: it rhymes with "carry me.")

Britney's old-school stance in Lucky mag is giving us "Baby One More Time" flashbacks.
Look, who can discuss things like impending frankenstorms when BRITNEY SPEARS has landed the December 2012 cover of Lucky magazine, (cue up "Lucky," if you haven't yet), and inside the mag, she's channeling her schoolgirl style of yore? Britney looks fabulous, and the vengeful, Taylor Swift-ish part of me can't help but wonder if her stunning cover was perfectly timed to match Justin Timberlake's bride-jumping cover of People magazine.
Take a closer gander at this sweet-sexy look from her Lucky photo shoot, and then turn back a page in your Brit-story books, and you'll notice that this could be a sly nod to her "Baby One More Time" school girl roots. The midriff and short skirt are basically the grown-up version of her iconic Catholic school girl look. Like, say hello to the girl Britney IS! And let us all tiny clap Britney-style to celebrate the fact that almost 15 years later, Britney's STILL GOT the schoolgirl thing on lock. (Isn't she LUCKY?) Personally, I'm flexing my most aspirational abs whilst moving my forearms vertically rapidly in front of my face. Not that I've practiced that move at length since 1999... Well, not today, anyway.
