  • 'Pretty Little Liars' Star Troian Bellisario Has A Doubly Delightful Day

No, this isn't a dream, Troian! The "Pretty Little Liars" star awoke today to some very good news, namely that she'd been nominated for a Teen Choice Award in the category of Choice Summer TV Star: Female. Her ABC Family series also received a nomination for Choice TV Villain (Janel Parrish), adding to previously announced noms for Choice TV Show: Drama, Choice TV Actor: Drama (Ian Harding) and Choice TV Actress: Drama (Lucy Hale). It looks like Rosewood might be stock-piled with surfboards very soon!

But that's not the starlet's only reason for celebration: Her boyfriend (and one-time Hump Day Hottie) Patrick J. Adams' USA Network series "Suits" returns to the airwaves tonight. Forget TGIF—this Thursday is looking mighty fine for Troian (and fans of small-screen liars and lawyers...).

Until next time, Crushers, Tweet Dreams!

Leave your well wishes for Troian in the comments!

  • Dueling Accents With 'Amazing Spider-Man' Stars Emma Stone, Andrew Garfield

    by Meredith Goldberg-Morse

Is there anything Emma Stone can't do? Not only does she continually steal scenes from costars like Ryan Gosling (and Ryan Gosling's Abs), but she manages to look smokin' hot as a redhead and a blonde—no easy feat. Turns out the first-ever MTV Trailblazer is harboring yet another talent: a pretty darn accurate imitation of British beau Andrew Garfield's accent. We caught up with the "Amazing Spider-Man" star to find out how her British accent measures up to Andrew's American one.

"I've been working on it," Emma admitted. "I do it all the time, I've been working on it all the time, and it's so annoying."

Andrew admitted that he's impressed with his girlfriend's aptitude, though he would never acknowledge this, lest it go to her head.

"It's not bad, I know. I would never say this to her face, but it's not bad," he admitted. "I always try and discourage whenever she does it, but between you and I—and obviously the people who watch this interview—she can do it pretty well."

When asked about the possibility of showcasing her accent in a future role, Emma was enthusiastic, to say the least.

"I've never done it," she confirmed, "and now all I want to do is a British accent."

Perhaps hinting at a bit of accent jealousy, Andrew joked, "Yeah, I think it would be an interesting thing...to see her fall flat on her face."

Not to worry, Andrew, we still love you both equally. Regardless of how you pronounce the word "can't."

  • Selena Gomez Says 'Spring Breakers' Will Shock You

Ever since the first photos surfaced of Selena Gomez pulling faces and wearing handcuffs for her bikini-clad role in "Spring Breakers," there's been little question that the actress was driving her family-friendly career into some saltier territory. And when MTV News caught up with her recently, Selena confirmed what many suspected: that fans might be doing a leetle pearl-clutching when they see the finished product in theaters...assuming, of course, that they're old or savvy enough to sneak past the film's likely R rating.

"I actually just saw some of it less than two weeks ago, and it's definitely gonna be different for people," said Selena. And while she's psyched about the upcoming release in 2013, she admitted to being a teensy bit nervous about shattering her good-girl image in such a public way.

"Originally it was supposed to be this little independent that I did, to kind of just work with amazing people," she said of the film, which at the outset wasn't planned for a wide distribution in theaters. "But now it's going to be everywhere, so I'm a little nervous about it."

But Selena also said that career-wise, she'd been looking for a role just like this one to help her break out of her Disney-fied shell and move on to more adult territory. "Honestly, it's the right step for me, I'm really proud of it." And, she added, "as an actress it really challenged me."

So, what is in store for audiences who want to check out "Spring Breakers"? The rumors are flying about just how sordid the film's content really is, with talk of everything from sex and nudity to drugged-up crime sprees and public urination. But Selena didn't offer details, except to say that whatever happens, it's gonna be discussion-worthy... and definitely not in the same way as "Wizards of Waverly Place."

"People will be a little shocked, I think," she said, grinning.

What do you think is in store when Selena takes on her first grown-up role in "Spring Breakers"? Sound off in the comments and on Twitter!

Both Kristen Stewart-starring films nabbed seven nominations. • Taylor Kitsch And 'Catching Fire': A Final Finnick Plea

Taylor KitschWill clear eyes and full hearts prevail? If the latest rumors are to be believed, "Friday Night Lights" star Taylor Kitsch could still tackle the highly coveted role of District 4 tribute Finnick Odair in "Catching Fire," despite reports to the contrary.

Our friends at The Hob talked to a source who said that though things are still tentative, Taylor is "going to do the film." Of course, this is just the latest in a long line of speculation over who will play the trident-wielding hunk. Let's review the game tape:

Last month, E! Online reported that the search for Finnick had been narrowed down to three contenders: Taylor, Armie Hammer and Garrett Hedlund. But just as quickly as fans began taking sides, Taylor told The L.A. Times that it was "not going to happen." "Catching Fire" producer Nina Jacobson then swooped in to deny there were any frontrunners, and now it seems we've come full circle, back to contemplating 33 as Finnick.

Now, Taylor could certainly use one in the box-office win column following the relatively lackluster performance of "John Carter" and "Battleship," but beyond career redemption, the actor is a deserving contender because he'd actually do a darn good job. As I mentioned a while back in my "Hunger Games" column, Finnick is essentially the Tim Riggins of Panem: a macho jerk with deep emotional wounds who somehow still has the capacity to love. Taylor's done this role before and he can do it again. Plus, I mean, how can you argue with those abs?

Anyway! If you're still looking for a winning team, Taylor, you can't really go wrong with "The Hunger Games." We'll play gentle...at first.

Are you Team Taylor for Finnick? Or are you hoping someone else lands the role? Sound off in the comments and on Twitter!

  • 'Rock Of Ages' Star Julianne Hough On Her Favorite Wigged-Out Mishap

Truth: The more dancing in any given movie, the more likely it is that there's a secret cache of hilarious failed takes in which the moves just didn't quite come off. Faceplants, falls, wardrobe malfunctions—the unintentional slapstick goes on and on. And in "Rock of Ages," which involves a whole lotta singing, dancing and shaking of moneymakers to hair-band hits, there's just got to be a whole other movie's worth of mess-ups hidden away somewhere, just waiting to entertain us...right, Diego Boneta and Julianne Hough?

"Actually, there is a blooper reel," Julianne confirmed. "It'll be on the DVD, I'm sure."

And from all the botched scenes, the actress recalled one particularly memorable moment (that we're hoping makes the cut on the blooper real, because it sounds epic):

"I was doing this pretty sexy scene with Tom, and I had a three-quarter-piece wig on," she remembered. "And I'm dancing, and I'm being really sexy and singing and whipping my hair around—and all of a sudden, it just flies off and goes right into the camera. We couldn't stop laughing for 20 minutes."

Which, we can probably all agree, is much better than a boring faceplant! Although considering the amount of fake hair worn in this movie, the only thing more surprising than Julianne's wig-related mishap is that it only happened once.

"Rock of Ages" dances into theaters on Friday.

  • Olivia Wilde Reaffirms Our Girl Crush

We've been fans of Olivia Wilde since her days sucking face with Marissa Cooper on "The O.C.," and we unabashedly made our affections official last July by naming the actress our Girl Crush. Clearly, she can do no wrong in our eyes, but it's always nice to have our feelings reinforced from time to time. Exhibit A: Olivia's wonderfully good-natured, self-effacing Twitter response to an otherwise asinine question.

As a fellow member of the Fiveheads of America Club, I couldn't be more proud of our little group's classy spokeswoman. (I bet Tyra is too.)

You can catch Olivia (bigass forehead and all) next in the warm and fuzzy "People Like Us," which co-stars Chris Pine and Elizabeth Banks and hits theaters June 29.

Until next time, we wish you all the Tweet Dreams!

  • 'House At The End Of The Street' Scares Up New Stills Featuring Jennifer Lawrence, Max Thieriot

With Peeta and Gale off inciting revolution in Panem, Jennifer Lawrence will have to turn to a new ally in her upcoming horror film "The House at the End of the Street." His name? Max Thieriot, and he takes center stage in a pair of new stills Hollywood Crush got her hot little hands on.

In the film, due September 21, Jennifer plays a teen named Elissa, who along with her recently divorced mom Sarah (played by Elisabeth Shue) moves into what seems like the perfect suburban home. But when strange things start happening, they discover the secret history of the house next door, where a daughter murdered her parents and left only her brother Ryan (played by Max) to live. Elissa begins a romance with the boy next door (because, why not?), throwing her deeper into the dangerous mystery.

Max may not be a household name just yet, but he's certainly no Hollywood noob. The 23-year-old actor's had roles in more than a dozen movies including "My Soul to Take," "Chloe" and "Jumper" and has a full film slate throughout the rest of 2012.

Will Max's Ryan prove to be a help or hindrance to Jennifer's Elissa in "The House at the End of the Street"? You'll have to creep into theaters this fall to find out! In the meantime, you can check out the flick's Facebook page for more deets.

  • One Direction Break Out The Big Guns

Every day a multitude of stars wander through the halls of MTV News to talk about their latest projects and goof around with staff members. But sometimes we catch stars elsewhere, and that's why we put together Spotted!, a daily compendium of stars in the wild.

Before you ask, the answer is yes: One Direction actually are trying to kill you with their accessible, fun-loving adorableness. Or at least, that seems like the most logical explanation for these photos that surfaced today—fun shots of the British boy band sensations out, about, and playing with Nerf guns at the Licensing Expo 2012 in Las Vegas. (Insert your favorite "babes in toyland" joke here. Go on, we know you want to.)

The guys stopped by the expo to check out the goods from Hasbro, with whom they're partnering on an upcoming line of One Direction action figures and other toys—or in other words, they were pretty much professionally obligated to spend the afternoon shooting each other with foam-rubber darts, which they did skillfully and with great vigor. And considering Niall Horan's awed and delighted expression as he wielded the mother of all Nerf blasters, we wouldn't be surprised if the big gun made an appearance on the bus during the band's upcoming world tour. Zayn better watch himself; that thing is a BEAST.

  • 'Pretty Little Liars' Recap: 'Blood Is The New Black'

Pretty Little LiarsI've never been big on baubles myself, but I have to believe many girls have daydreamed about receiving a plush-lined box from a certain secret admirer. Though, I also suspect, they never pictured it filled with human teeth!

Such was the case for Emily during last night's "Pretty Little Liars" as she discovered a necklace of chompers in her backpack. The strand's beads menacingly spelled out, "Dead Girls Can't Smile." Em—rightfully—dashed out of class with the liars hot on her heels. Crammed into a single bathroom stall, the four debated what they should do with the evidence, when butterfingers prevailed and it took a dive into the toilet. And thanks to that pesky auto-flush (darn you, Advanced Bathroom Technology!), the necklace was sent swimming into the sewers of Rosewood. Gosh, these girls are destroying evidence now without even trying! Resolving to get answers, Hanna promised to visit Mona while Spencer said she'd make another trip to the jail to see Garrett.

In less life-threatening issues, Emily needed to make up (and pass) four tests from her junior year if she wanted to officially be a senior. Aria suggested she work with Mr. Fitz Ezra He Who Shall Not Be Named to prepare, when something caught her attention in the school corridor. That something was her dad's former mistress, Meredith. She was interviewing for an open position at Rosewood High. It's so convenient that everyone in Aria's life works in education, isn't it?

Spencer kept her word and went to visit Garrett, a trip that was largely unsuccessful save for his revelation that Ali's remains would have proven him innocent because "medical records don't lie." But whose medical records? Ali's? Or Jenna's? Spencer was becoming increasingly suspicious of Jenna, especially after Aria's remark that she seemed "blinder" than last year.

Hanna's sit-down with Mona wasn't any better, leading Hanna to toss a chair across the room out of frustration. Wren swooped in to smooth things over, divulging that he understood as his own father had been in a mental institution.

At school the next day, Aria found a note in her locker. Well, not so much a note as an earring in an envelope. Cue the flashback! Aria and Ali had found the earring in her dad's office and considered it proof that he hadn't ended his affair with Meredith. They trashed his office to make it look like a scorned lover's handiwork. And, in a weird twist, Aria put the earrings in Ali's casket before she was buried. Of course, it was only a matter of time before A used this secret against Aria somehow, and after she received a threatening text, she confessed her misdeed to her dad, who insisted she apologize to Meredith. Which she did, but Mer also provided a stunning revelation: it wasn't her earring. Was dear old dad sleeping with more than one woman? And if so, whom?

Spencer's mom found out she was visiting Garrett at the jail and told her never to go back. But, of course, this is Spencer we're talking about, and after Toby uncovered eye drops hinting that Jenna's surgery may have actually been successful, she wanted to get confirmation from Garrett. But before she could go in to see him, she saw her mom leaving the jail. Mrs. Hastings is representing Garrett? He wouldn't confirm.

After multiple tutoring sessions with Ezra, Emily was ready to take her first make up test. But during the exam, Emily's memory of her foggy cemetery trip was triggered and she realized it had been Jenna driving the car. Wow! The ephiphany caused her to neglect the rest of the test, which with only five minutes left, I'm not sure how she'd only made it through the first 15 questions. Anyway, we later saw Aria's mom (who had administered the test) filling in the blanks. Obviously, that will come back to bite Ella.

Sensing something was up with Hanna, Caleb finally confronted her about her distractedness over the past few days. She told him she had been thinking about visiting Mona. He agreed to accompany her. Unfortunately, Wren let it spill to Caleb that Hanna had been coming for weeks. But a little betrayal on Hanna's part may have been worth it as she had a mini breakthrough with Mona: "You're getting them again. The texts," Mona said, before being interrupted by the end of visiting hours. Now, what she plans to do with those tweezers Hanna accidentally left behind is another question.

One (finally) answered question? Jenna is definitely not blind. In the closing moments of last night's episode, the girls set her up in the bathroom, leaving the mysterious earring on the sink and hiding in the stalls to see if Jenna would spot it. Which she did. Now they know something Jenna doesn't know they know! How will they use it to their advantage?
