- Channing Tatum And Matthew McConaughey: Can You Tell Their Abs Apart?
'Magic Mike' stars debut exclusive clip, talk about getting 'butt naked' during MTV Movie Awards Sneak Peek Week.

Photo: Warner Bros.UNIVERSAL CITY, California — Moviegoers are seeing a lot of Channing Tatum in 2012, thanks to a trio of starring film roles, but they'll see a whole new side of the actor when his upcoming stripper flick "Magic Mike" debuts June 29. And, yes, we are talking about his backside.
Tatum, along with co-star Matthew McConaughey and producer-screenwriter Reid Carolin, took to the Universal Studios CityWalk stage Thursday night to debut an exclusive clip from the Steven Soderbergh-directed film and talk about taking it all off during our Sneak Peek Week festivities leading up to the MTV Movie Awards this Sunday, June 3.
Both actors are clearly comfortable taking their shirts off. In fact, MTV News' Josh Horowitz administered a shirtless guessing game to the pair — which they both aced, by the way (watch in the embedded video). Therefore, taking the next logical step and shimmying in a thong wasn't too difficult, both agreed, though it did require ample preparation.
"I think pre-movie is pretty intense because to get butt naked, you have to — there's a different regimen for getting butt naked, but thank god, it was a short shoot," Tatum said with a sly grin. "Then we just had fun on the day."
One could hardly blame Tatum or any of his fellow stripping stars for having reservations once the cameras began rolling, but the actor assured us that the entire cast, including Alex Pettyfer, Joe Manganiello and Matt Bomer, were total pros.
"These guys have never stripped before, and I remember the first day of rehearsals," Tatum recalled, "I looked at all the guys, and we went through our stuff, and I was like, 'All right. It's time to get naked, boys.' And it was hilarious that none of them really balked."

'It was literally like two dogs licking each other,' Malin Akerman laughs to MTV News during Movie Awards Sneak Peek Week.
By Jocelyn Vena, with reporting by Josh HorowitzUNIVERSAL CITY, California — The leading couple from "Rock of Ages," Julianne Hough and Diego Boneta, were joined by Malin Akerman and director Adam Shankman for the final installment of MTV's Sneak Peek Week on Friday, just two days before the 2012 MTV Movie Awards on Sunday.
The "Rock of Ages" cast sat down at 5 Towers on Universal CityWalk, where they not only chatted about the splashy big-screen adaptation of the Broadway show, but also dropped an exclusive sneak peek from the highly anticipated June release, which also features MTV Movie Awards host Russell Brand, Alec Baldwin, Mary J. Blige, Catherine Zeta-Jones and more.
And while Hough and Boneta share a sweet, tender love story in the flick, Akerman's rock reporter and Cruise's rock star Stacee Jaxx, well, their love affair is a bit more torrid.
"I think I'm the only person who can say that Tom Cruise has sang into my ass," she laughed, recalling a scene in which, while in her undies, Cruise actually sings with his face right up to her butt. Is that the Oscars calling?
"It's amazing! I'm very proud of it," she added. "I can't wait to tell my grandfather about it. It was an unbelievable experience. First of all, to be able to do a duet with Tom Cruise and then to undress him and pretend to make love to him on an air hockey table [while singing 'I Want to Know What Love Is']. It was one of the most unbelievable scenes of my life. It was so much fun."
While they do exchange kisses, they redefine the term "French kissing." "People keep saying, 'Oh, your kiss with Tom Cruise!' It was literally like two dogs licking each other," she said. "They call action, we go for it, and it is tongue all over."
So was it hot? Director Shankman explained: "It was so disgusting."

Steven Tyler and Joe Perry make a special MTV Movie Awards visit Sunday to celebrate their superstar friend.
By Kara WarnerAs if we hadn't already stacked Sunday's MTV Movie Awards with the coolest of all cool factors in naming Johnny Depp our Generation Award recipient, two equally esteemed legends will be on hand to bestow the prestigious honor upon Depp: rock gods Steven Tyler and Joe Perry of Aerosmith.
If the presenter pairing seems at all out of place, rest assured that the rockers have been chummy with Depp for some time and recently held an impromptu and well-documented jam session at the afterparty for Depp's latest movie "Dark Shadows."
And if that trio isn't enough to have you psyched, current "it" rockers the Black Keys will join the celebration and perform a special rendition of their hit "Gold on the Ceiling" in Depp's honor.
The MTV Generation Award is the Movie Awards' highest honor, acknowledging an actor who can be counted on to engage the MTV audience with everything he or she does. Previous recipients include Reese Witherspoon, Sandra Bullock, Ben Stiller, Adam Sandler, Mike Myers, Tom Cruise and Jim Carrey.
Tyler and Perry are the latest big names to be added to an already crazily star-studded show that will feature appearances by Jessica Biel, Kate Beckinsale, Jodie Foster, Charlie Sheen, Emma Stone, Andrew Garfield, Kristen Stewart, Chris Hemsworth, Charlize Theron, Michael Fassbender, Mila Kunis and Mark Wahlberg.
"The Hunger Games" and "Bridesmaids" lead the field with eight nominations apiece, with "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2" and " 21 Jump Street" right behind with six nods each.

Stars Julianne Hough, Diego Boneta, Malin Akerman and director Adam Shankman are on hand to answer a 30-minute Q&A following the movie, but not before they introduced a brand-new clip from "Rock of Ages" for our viewing pleasure. So feast your eyes on the beginning of Hough and Boneta's rousing take on Foreigner's "Jukebox Hero."
Clearly some sparks are flying between Hough's Sherrie Christian and Boneta's Drew Boley as they search for the right vinyl to buy in a record store. Sherrie's eyes light up when Drew admits that he wants to be the next Stacee Jaxx, though we're not sure how Stacee Jaxx feels about that goal. That admission prompts the duo to jump into a stirring, head-banging interpretation of "Jukebox Hero."
Though it's only a brief tease — they don't even get to the chorus! — we know from the track list for the soundtrack that this song is actually a medley with Russell Brand and Alec Baldwin's take on "I Love Rock 'n' Roll." Now that's something we're dying to see.
We're expecting lots of "Rock of Ages" references during the 2012 MTV Movie Awards, what with Brand hosting. The Brit is known for his tendency to go off the wall while hosting MTV awards shows, so we're hoping he pulls the during the Movie Awards.

Sunday's host sets his sights on Sheen's seating card in new Twitpic.

Russell Brand and Charlie Sheen's seat card
Photo: Russell Brand via TwitterUNIVERSAL CITY, California — The world is Russell Brand's oyster. Well, perhaps not the world, but certainly the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City — that's the site of the 2012 MTV Movie Awards, which Brand will lord over and command with his own unique (wait for it) brand of comedy on Sunday at 9 p.m. ET.
"MTV Movie Awards incorporates two of my favorite things. Movies and Awards. If somehow group sex could be involved it would be the greatest night of my life," Russell Brand said when he was first announced for the hosting gig. Well, it looks like he's doing his best to fulfill that wish — from the looks of it, he could be well on his way toward an encounter with some goddesses.
Brand, already knee-deep in preparation for the big night (even if former host Andy Samberg doesn't think he'll need to do much prep work), has been spending time on the Movie Awards stage this week, and he's set his sights on a particular celebrity's seat: none other than the party god himself, Charlie Sheen.
"MTV Awards tomorrow. Got my seat sorted. Winning/wanking," he wrote on Twitter, accompanied by a photo of him sitting down and holding Sheen's seat card.
We've long held a theory that tiger blood is transferable simply by physical contact with any possession belonging to Mr. Sheen. If that truly is the case, Brand is officially walking on Sheen's winning path. We appreciate the effort, Russell, but don't you think you'd have better luck on that Group Sex Awards goal by actually attending one of Sheen's never-ending parties? Just a suggestion, take it or leave it!

"Fifty Shades of Grey"
Photo: The Writer's Coffee ShopUNIVERSAL CITY, California — Something strange is happening on the MTV Movie Awards set. While scoping out what was supposed to be a rehearsal for Fun., we saw some workers rolling in ... giant red plush walls?
It looks a bit suspicious, if you ask us. Maybe it's just because we have "Fifty Shades of Grey" on the mind, but our first thought when we saw the set piece was that it was a wall from a giant velvet sex room. And considering the Movie Awards' track record of crazy epic stunts, we wouldn't put it past anyone here.
Of course, it could just be part of a normal set. With everyone from Fun. and Wiz Khalifa to the Black Keys performing at this year's awards show, we wouldn't be surprised if one of them was a closet "Fifty Shades" fan. Maybe we should do some digging and see if we can get some deals signed for the upcoming "Fifty Shades of Grey" movie. "Howlin' for You" would be an appropriate first track on the album, right?
"Fifty Shades" has been on many celebs' minds recently, with everyone from Kristen Stewart and Sam Claflin to Stephenie Meyer, Selena Gomez and Brooklyn Decker talking about it. And we'd be lying if we said we weren't enablers.
We even did an "After Hours" with the "Snow White and the Huntsman" cast where we had them read certain erotic sections of the book. Trust us when we say that you haven't lived until you've seen Charlize Theron read the words "oh-so-happy trail."

President Barack Obama
Photo: AFP/Getty ImagesThe MTV Movie Awards traditionally feature many leaders from the world of pop culture. This year, the leader of the United States has chosen the Movie Awards to debut his first official re-election campaign commercial.
MTV News can report that President Obama's first 2012 campaign ad will air during the show, which begins live Sunday, June 3, at 9 p.m. ET.
President Obama's campaign spot won't be totally incongruous with the glam and glitz of the awards show. The ad features "Sex and the City" star Sarah Jessica Parker, who will invite supporters to her home for an Obama fundraiser co-hosted by First Lady Michelle Obama and Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour. Campaign donors will have a chance to win a pair of tickets, which will be raffled off by Obama re-election campaign organizers.
On Friday, the Obama camp released a video where Wintour voiced her support for the President, who is running for a second term.
The commercial comes at a pivotal moment in Obama's bid for re-election. In May, the president made headlines when he announced his support for same-sex marriage, making him the highest ranking elected official to do so in American history. While several celebrities voiced their support, others thought it was a calculated attempt to gain voters. Obama's biggest challenge will come from presumptive Republican nominee Mitt Romney, who has contrasted his worldview with that of the Obama administration, most pointedly when it comes to economic policy. He has pledged to repeal Obama's healthcare reform bill and would like to lawfully define marriage as between a man and a woman, among other platform distinctions.

'Tracers' will 'really dig into this society,' producer Wyck Godfrey tells MTV News.

Photo: Jason Merritt/ Getty ImagesUNIVERSAL CITY, California — When MTV News sat down with "Breaking Dawn - Part 2" producer Wyck Godfrey recently for some expert analysis of the film's chances in taking home Golden Popcorn at this Sunday's (June 3) MTV Movie Awards, we walked out with insightful Best Kiss category commentary as well as a few good tidbits about his future projects with the franchise's stars Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner.
Pattinson's potential project is in the very early stages, but Lautner's next movie with Godfrey has been greenlit, an action thriller called "Tracers," which Godfrey said will put Lautner's character into the underground world of parkour.
"We've got a great young Spanish director, Daniel Benmayor ... and it's really tackling the subculture of parkour," Godfrey said. "I think we all have seen parkour as action sequences in movies, but we haven't delved into the denizens of that world and what that's about. I kind of think of it as an action-heavy Gus Van Sant movie, because you really dig into this society."
When the film was announced, Lautner's character was employed as a bike messenger, but Godfrey revealed that detail will likely change.
"There's a movie coming out that Joe Gordon-Levitt's doing ['Premium Rush'], and I saw a trailer and thought, 'We should change our guy's job because [Gordon-Levitt] did it so well,' " Godfrey explained. "That's really just a jumping off point in the movie, so it's easy to change."
We then asked whether, before landing the role, Lautner demonstrated proof of his parkour moves — the art of which involves moving quickly through any environment via jumping, rolling and running.
"Honestly, one of the reasons we went to him is that in 'New Moon,' he does that thing where he goes up the tree, and that was something that I was there watching him train every day and realized how extraordinary he was athletically," Godfrey recalled. "He almost doesn't need the wires."
Don't forget to cast your vote for Lautner's nominated movie, "Breaking Dawn - Part 2," to win big at this year's MTV Movie Awards. It all goes down at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, California, at 9 p.m. ET/PT this Sunday, June 3.

Photo: Jeff Kravitz/ FilmMagicIt's the end of an era for Andy Samberg, as the Lonely Island frontman has finally confirmed his exit from "Saturday Night Live."
Samberg spoke with The New York Times on Friday (June 1) and described the decision to depart "SNL" as "an incredibly emotional and strange moment in my life." He added, "Obviously it's not a huge shock, but I did officially decide not to come back."
No, it isn't a huge shock — Samberg's final Digital Short, a sequel to "Lazy Sunday," strongly suggested his impending exit — but it's nonetheless "one of the hardest decisions I've ever made," according to Samberg. In elaborating on his reasons for leaving the show after seven seasons, Samberg echoed the philosophy of fellow castmember Kristen Wiig, who also just concluded her "SNL" run.
"She kept saying it just feels like it's her time," he said. "I connect with that. Something about it just feels like it's the moment. My contract's up, and I did so much more than I ever thought I would ever even do."
Samberg's decision to walk away from the New York City-based variety show comes shortly after comments he made during his MTV Sneak Peek Week appearance for "That's My Boy" this past Wednesday. At the time, Samberg told MTV News that his mind had not yet been made up regarding his future with the show.
"You know, I've just been focusing on the movie and all this stuff," the onetime MTV Movie Awards host said. "I haven't talked to Lorne about it yet. Something will get decided over the summer. We'll see. No matter what, it's been a dream come true working there for me."

Photo: Getty ImagesAnd then there were two? The list of three very eligible male actors — Taylor Kitsch, Armie Hammer and Garrett Hedlund — recently speculated to be the top choices to play fan-favorite character Finnick O'Dair in the "Hunger Games" sequel "Catching Fire" has apparently been trimmed to two.
Kitsch said the speculation about his possible involvement in the second film in the blockbuster franchise is just that.
"Not going to happen," the "Battleship" and "John Carter" actor wrote in an email to the Los Angeles Times this week.
There has been no word from either Hammer's or Hedlund's camps regarding the validity of the report, but when MTV News reached out to Lionsgate for confirmation, we received this statement: "Like the first film, Lionsgate won't be commenting on any of the rumors until we officially announce."
Finnick appears in both "Catching Fire" and the last book in the franchise, "Mockingjay," and is memorable for his extreme attractiveness, along with the fact that 10 years before he entered the arena in "Catching Fire," he had won the Hunger Games at age 14 using a Trident.
Another actor rumored to be in the running is Robert Pattinson, who quickly put those rumors to bed. "I was kind of curious for a second," Pattinson told USA Today about the reports. "So I called my agent. My agent was like, 'No ... no one's going to offer you that part.' I was like, 'Thanks for the reassurance.' "
This hasn't stopped us from doing our own speculation and fan casting of the role, which provides for a fun distraction until Lionsgate makes the official announcement.
There's still time to cast your vote for "The Hunger Games" to win big at Sunday's MTV Movie Awards, airing at 9 p.m. ET. The film is nominated for a slew of Golden Popcorn trophies in the categories of Best Cast, Movie of the Year, Best Hero, Best Fight, Best Kiss and more.

'Earth 2' writer James Robinson tells MTV that Alan Scott, returning to DC Universe as a gay man, is 'proud of who he is on every level.'
By Josh Wigler
Green Lantern
Photo: DC ComicsThe original Green Lantern, Alan Scott, is back in the DC Universe for the first time since last year's companywide reboot. He's courageous, charismatic and powerful, the same hero fans have loved and adored for decades, with just a few notable modifications — the most controversial of which involves his sexuality.
DC Comics announced Friday (June 1) that Scott has been reimagined as a gay man, marking a significant change to the hero who has been around since the 1940s. His sexuality will be revealed in the pages of writer James Robinson's "Earth 2" #2, and ahead of that, the scribe has been making the rounds, speaking with outlets all about the new Green Lantern.
For those of you just tuning in, here are five things you need to know about DC's newest gay icon:
Like Son, Like Father
Robinson revealed to MTV Geek that Scott's new sexuality was partly inspired by the character's gay son, Obsidian, who no longer exists in the rebooted DCU."The only thing that bothered me about rebooting the character and making him younger again was that we lost his son Obsidian, who was gay — the original version, obviously, when he was an older man, with a son," Robinson said about creating the new Green Lantern. "And then, with that in mind, I thought, 'Well, why not make Alan Scott gay. Why not make the leader of the Justice Society gay?' It worked on every level. I suggested it to [DC Comics co-publisher] Dan DiDio, and to be fair to Dan, there wasn't a moment's hesitation. He said, 'Yeah, great, great idea.' "
Original Green Lantern Is Gay, DC Announces
Fighting for Acceptance
Scott is certainly one of the more prominent gay characters in the DC Comics catalog, and even though many fans are accepting him with open arms, he'll have his fair share of social hurtles to overcome."One of the unfortunate things about the United States is that some states are less willing to [let] people have their personal freedoms," Robinson told Geek. "So, in 'Earth 2,' some of those things are obstacles a gay person might face. But Alan Scott is a force of nature, so he would never let that stand in his way. He's proud of who he is on every level."
Alan Scott, Media Mogul
Speaking of every level, there are many layers to the new Alan Scott beyond his sexuality. One of the most important elements to the rejiggered character is that he's in charge of a major media empire, for instance."He's a giant of the media industry," the writer said in an interview with Entertainment Weekly. "By getting involved in communication, the news, and the Internet, he's become a billionaire. He's kind of a cross between Mark Zuckerberg and David Geffen. The original Alan Scott owned a radio station in the '40s and '50s, so he was a media giant then. He was this bold, heroic, brave man who took control, who would risk his life for you and be this emerald knight that was always there to protect the world."
James Robinson Speaks With MTV Geek About Green Lantern's Sexuality
An A-List Superhero
Scott isn't just a media mogul or a solo-operating superhero, either: The Green Lantern of "Earth 2" is a leader of men — specifically, the Justice Society."He will be very much the leader of the Justice Society and a figurehead," Robinson said in an interview with the Huffington Post. "Often, I think, gay characters, with the exception of Batwoman, are part of a team but are often aside, somewhat. Alan's going to be at the forefront of this team, leading it, being someone that is loved and admired by the people of Earth 2. So that's a subtle difference that I will be adding: trying to not just present a positive gay role model but someone that is a type-A superhero."
He's Not Alone
One of Robinson's major goals for "Earth 2" is to present a cast that's as diverse as humanly possible. To that end, the writer promised that Scott isn't the only homosexual character in the comic."There is another character down the line, but that character won't be appearing for some time, so it's probably a bit too early to talk about that," he told the Advocate. "But this book will definitely have a diverse cast. Alan Scott won't be the only gay character in 'Earth 2' — I promise you that."

By Nadeska Alexis, with reporting by Sway CallowayPete Rock made headlines last week for getting into a little tiff with Lupe Fiasco over Rock's classic 1992 track "They Reminisce Over You (T.R.O.Y.)," but the veteran producer has put the drama behind him, and now he's focused on his upcoming projects, including a possible collaboration with the Chicago rapper.
"If the artist doesn't like something I did or said, then we could work through it with a conversation. That's always my goal — it's never to add fuel to the fire," Pete Rock told MTV News of the falling out with Lupe. "I would love to get in the studio and work with him if his management team can respect me as a man, and the label can respect me as a man, and Lupe himself can respect me as a man. I would love to work with him, and I wouldn't turn my nose to it."
While the dust settles and we wait to see if a collaboration between the two comes to fruition, Rock is prepping for his joint LP with DJ Premier, which is set to debut next year. "We're gonna do a 20-city European tour to announce our project that we're working on for the spring of 2013," he explained. "I'm working with Young Money artist Cory Gunz, who grabbed 15 of my beats and he likes them all, but I'm telling him, 'Lil homey, take your time, do whatever your process is."
Other projects in the works include an official remake of "T.R.O.Y.," which will commemorate the 20th anniversary of Rock and C.L. Smooth's 1992 debut LP, Mecca and the Soul Brother, rolling around June 3.
"I'm bringing C.L. Smooth back out to redo 'Reminisce' with a couple of today's artists," Rock explained, although he declined to name the artists he had in mind. He did, however, share a few of his favorite contemporary producers, including Nottz, DJ Khalil, Alchemist and Hit-Boy.

The "Jackass" alum took a 100-foot tandem kayak jump off a waterfall in Oregon with pro kayaker Steve Fisher Wednesday and lived to tell the tale. However, he did have to undergo a hernia operation Thursday as a result.
Margera tweeted a picture from his hospital bed showing him a bit out of it and hooked up to medical machines but still giving a thumbs-up to show that he's all right. Though he was originally supposed to appear at an art show in Pennsylvania on Friday night (June 1), the 32-year-old had to cancel his plans, tweeting, "Can't make it to the show tonight, in hospital still. Phil, Ape & Boof will be there. Stop by if your in WC."
It's unclear if Fisher was also injured in the fall, but we would guess that Margera would reference it if that was the case. Fisher also has a Twitter but hasn't used it in years.
This isn't the first time Margera's stunts have gotten him in trouble. Back in February, he was arrested after jumping into a pool fully clothed during Mardi Gras in New Orleans and refusing to get out. He ended up not getting a ticket because, according to him, the police didn't know what to charge him with.
"I was just swimming in a pool with all my clothes on, and I refused to get out," he told E! Online. "No ticket. They just wanted to f--- with me, drunk Mardi Gras nonsense."

Jessica Biel
Photo: Bryan Bedder/ Getty ImagesOne gal has played a vampire, another a vampire hunter and the third (and most distinguished of them all) hunted a smooth-talking killer who made up for his lack of supernatural superpowers with an overabundance of vampire-like appetite.
Jessica Biel, Kate Beckinsale and Jodie Foster have been added to the list of presenters at Sunday's 2012 MTV Movie Awards.
Biel, who hunted vampires alongside Ryan Reynolds and Wesley Snipes in "Blade: Trinity," will hopefully keep her slaying prowess restrained around the stars from "Twilight" and the rest of the otherworldly and sci-fi types at the celeb-packed affair. Beckinsale, of course, has top-lined most of the "Underworld" movies as a cool and action-oriented vamp. Of her many memorable roles, Foster will forever be connected with Hannibal Lector thanks to her Oscar-winning performance in "The Silence of the Lambs."
None of them are strangers to the Movie Awards, of course.
Biel was nominated for Best Female Performance as Adam Sandler's love interest in the comedy "I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry" four years ago. Four years before that, in 2004, the former "7th Heaven" star was nominated in the "Breakthrough Female Performance" category for the remake of "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre."
Michael Bay's World War II epic "Pearl Harbor," co-starring Ben Affleck and Josh Hartnett, set the stage for Beckinsale's first nomination, which was for Best Female Performance in 2002. Two years later, she was up for Best Trans-Atlantic Breakthrough Performer, and in 2006, "Underworld: Evolution" earned her a non-gender-specific nomination for Best Hero.
Foster was up for Best Female Performance herself for 1994's "Nell," which also earned her an Oscar nomination.
Biel and Beckinsale star together in "Total Recall," the remake of the '80s sci-fi auctioneer that sees Colin Farrell stepping in for Arnold Schwarzenegger. Foster, who last appeared in the Roman Polanski talkative dramady "Carnage," has a sci-fi flick of her own on the way. "Elysium" co-stars Matt Damon and was written and directed by Neill Blomkamp ("District 9").
The trio of actresses just announced will join a who's-who of presenters that includes "The Amazing Spider-Man" stars Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield; Kristen Stewart, Chris Hemsworth and Charlize Theron from this weekend's "Snow White and the Huntsman" as well as Michael Fassbender, Mila Kunis and Mark Wahlberg.
Fans will be able to choose all the winners. Voting in all 12 categories is open through Saturday, June 2, over at MovieAwards.MTV.com.

In the lead-up to the performance, Bieber tweeted the address and wrote that he was "moving a little slower today and running a little late. PARIS I will see u soon on that balcony #WithDanKanter," Bieber's musical director and lead guitarist.
So did he think the show went well? "Loved singing with all of you #WithDanKanter - just like old times."
In addition to performing in Paris, Bieber also planned to check out Jay-Z and Kanye West 's show on Friday night. "#BiebasInParis #WATCHTHETHRONE #PARIS #LEGGO."
Also, Bieber had this reminder for fans who may have forgotten he's dropping an album this month: "#June19th #18Days #BELIEVE."
When MTV News caught up with Bieber before Sunday's MTV Movie Awards, he threw all his support behind multi-nominee "Bridesmaids." "I just think it was funny. It's kind of like the female version of 'The Hangover,' " he said.

'You can make your own decision as to what happens to me,' Alfie Allen tells MTV News of Sunday's episode.
By Kara WarnerAfter last week's unbelievably action-packed episode of "Game of Thrones," you're probably wondering what the show-runners have up their sleeves for the season finale this Sunday. Will there be shocking deaths, destruction, danger? In knowing how last season ended, we're betting on all of the above.
We do have a few specific hints about what kind of death, destruction and danger to expect, however, thanks to a recent chat with Alfie Allen, a.k.a. Theon Greyjoy.
"Theon is not going to get the backup he needs, and people he thought he could rely on are really waiting for him to mess up and take advantage of that situation and sell him off to certain people," Allen explained. "But he doesn't know this."
As for the rest of the problem-plagued characters in Westeros, Allen teased that the Queen of Dragons might be dealing with a lot of drama, as well as a possible blast from her past.
"I know with Daenerys, she goes to the House of the Undying and maybe you'll see a character pop up who was in series one and [was not] in series two — we'll just see. I know [show-runners] David [Benioff] and Dan [Weiss] have been secretive about showing episode 10. David emailed me the other night and said, 'Alfie, you're going to be really, really happy with it.' I've seen [some of the episode during post-production], and I'm very self-critical, so for me to say I'm happy about it, that' s something big."
Allen said fans should expect the best from everyone on the show — just not as many actual battles.
"It's not as action-packed or bloodshed-y but has a lot of content," Allen said. "It's not going to be anticlimactic, that's for sure, because a lot of the stuff with Dany is amazing and my stuff is all right," he said with a smile, before teasing that things will likely end in a cliffhanger.
"You can make your own decision as to what happens to me," Allen teased. "We'll see what happens, because I don't even really know what's happened to me, so we'll just see."

'Snow White and the Huntsman' star tells MTV News her favorite British slang is 'a really good word.'
By Terri Schwartz, with reporting by Josh Horowitz
Kristen Stewart
Photo: MTV NewsWe didn't quite know what we were getting ourselves into when we asked Kristen Stewart to name her favorite British slang word.
The actress spent a while perfecting her British accent in anticipation of "Snow White and the Huntsman," and between that practice and her British boyfriend, Robert Pattinson, we were sure Stewart had learned a phrase or five that she was partial to. But we should have realized where she was headed when she told MTV News that she was being "way too honest here" during her Sneak Peek Week interview.
That's right: KStew's favorite British word is "cu--." She defended it, saying, "You go over there [to England], and it's a very different effect. It's fun. It's good."
Sure, we would have gone with "arse" or "wicked" or "innit," but we sort of get where Stewart was coming from in her preferential colloquialism. As her "Snow White" co-star Sam Claflin said, "['Cu--']'s become the new 'mate.' "
The conversation could have ended there, but Stewart added that her favorite way to use the "C" word is by adding an "-ing" to the end.
"Add an '-ing' to it — this is terrible — I heard some really down English crazy guy, on our crew actually, really angry, adding the '-ing,' " she explained. "It's a really good word."
What about Claflin's favorite American word? Apparently, that's an easy question. "Aluminum. Garage. Trash," he said with a laugh. "The list is endless."
Fortunately, you won't hear the pair saying any of those words in "Snow White and the Huntsman," which hit theaters Friday (June 1). But at least now we have a better idea of what Stewart and Pattinson are whispering in each other's ears in all those paparazzi photos.

'We just need him to be this guy for us right now, because I need that music in my car,' Dream tells MTV News of Push's album.

The-Dream and Pusha T
Photo: MTV NewsPusha T is still surprised that his opportunity to drop a solo album came around so quickly. But since he has the chance, the Clipse rapper and G.O.O.D. Music signee has immersed himself in a new learning experience with Kanye West and The-Dream, one he's confident will result in a classic LP.
Between the mad genius that is Kanye and the R&B storyteller that is The-Dream, Pusha might've just hit the production jackpot.
"I've learned so much about song structure from Dream and I've learned so much from 'Ye about finding the most colorful parts of your rhymes, editing it down and making sure, like, all the best parts of the rhyme are right in your face," he told MTV News during a studio session with Mr. Terius Nash in Atlanta. "I've just totally taken this [attitude of] sitting back and absorbing everything they say."
After just a few sessions with Dream, Pusha said he has learned to accept the creative criticism as a tool to push further. "Sometimes [a track is] wrong. Sometimes it's over-rapped and [The-Dream] will tell you, 'Nah, stay right here. Stay within these lines, in these perimeters right here.' This sh-- is school, man; it's real live school to me."
What might be school for Pusha, however, is just another spiritual experience for The-Dream, who's infamous for crafting engrossing narrative across his projects.
"It's [being] spiritual about it and I think it's just a timing thing," The-Dream explained of how he builds the perfect songs. "It has a lot to do with what we want to hear, so it wasn't [like I wouldn't] allow Pusha to get off on rapping. We just need [him] to be this guy for us right now, because I need that music in my car. I'm R&B, but I grew up on Bankhead and I was riding around with UGK in my car, so I know what that real sh-- is. I know how it makes you feel like a superhero."
"I want to feel like I'm literally beating my chest out the car," he added. "You look over in my car — I'm mean-mugging you, you mean-mugging me, and I got Pusha in my deck. That's how I want to feel. And so I was just providing that feeling, I just wanted to capture it in each song. We need [him] to say this because [he's] talented enough to do it."
Thus far, we know that a few titles on the album will tentatively include "40 Acres" and "Automatic." But Pusha, who recently dropped the fiery "Exodus 23:1," is sure that the entire project will be cohesive and, of course, classic. "At the end of the day, we're trying to make classic material," he said. "Everybody who's here is tuned into this project — period. It's about being cohesive, and cohesive musicality is just not happening right now."
Since Pusha and The-Dream are hitting it off so well on this album, we asked if we might expect any future collaborations? "Man, I called him about the next album, already," Pusha said without hesitation.
And to that, The-Dream said with a laugh, "We will grow old together."

?uestlove hypes up the 'diverse lineup' at the fifth annual music festival, including Wale, De La Soul and Meek Mill.
By Rob MarkmanHip-hop's hardest-working band is getting ready to put in overtime this weekend as the Roots put on their fifth annual Roots Picnic in the City of Brotherly Love.
Wale, Kid Cudi, Meek Mill, De La Soul and Diplo will join the world-famous Roots crew and perform during the two-day music festival on Saturday and Sunday at Penn's Landing in Philadelphia. The picnic has grown over the years as the idea was birthed back in the band's early days while they were touring in Europe.
"This year will mark the first time that we're doing two days instead of one," Roots maestro ?uestlove told MTV News back in May. "I'm extremely proud of the diverse lineup that we have. Between Wale, Meek, Kid Cudi, De La Soul, Rakim, St. Vincent, Major Lazer, Diplo, Danny [Brown], it's a whole vast array of acts that we have on the show."
On Saturday, the Roots will back iconic New York trio De La Soul for their performance, and Sunday they will hit the stage with Rakim to honor his 1987 debut album with Rakim. "On the second day we're celebrating Rakim's 25th anniversary of Paid in Full, so we're going to do the entire album from start to finish," ?uesto explained. "That's like a tradition, last year we did Illmatic from start to finish with Nas."
Last year, ?uestlove, Black Thought and company backed Rakim for an intimate concert at the legendary New York jazz club the Blue Note. "The Roots is hip-hop royalty right now," Ra told us back then. "From what they do, what they bring to the table, for them to holla at me, put this together, invite me out, that let me know, 'Yo, it's official.' Otherwise, they wouldn't. It's a good feeling to be around this long and still get that love."
For ?uestlove, it's all about celebrating good music and bringing the vibe that they absorbed in Europe over to the U.S. "That's all we wanted to do was bring back what we learned and give it to the city of Philadelphia," he said.
Who are you most excited to see at this year's Roots Picnic? Sound off in the comments!
